The personnel that I dealt with at this establishment were very welcoming made me feel it's not about the money I spend but if they can help me. If they don't have something, they will recommend somewhere to get it. They even have a reward card for purchases . I love it. It's a black own establishment, and they are very understanding. My mother has traction alopecia, and they recommend something that is growing my mom hair back.

They deserve 0 stars!!!!!!! These people do not honor store credit! Horrible customer service here. They got the product back same day of purchase but refused to honor my $4.28 store credit. Told me because it was deleted from their system that they could not honor it!!!! ? ?

Owner must be d*** or just doesn’t know what customer service is. Literally stood and talked in the phone in customers faces and would not assist. Phone call must’ve been more important than business.

I'm not from Georgia just in Conyers visiting some family and made a last minute decision to do my hair before I leave . After a quick Yelp search and seeing the pictures provided of what may be in store I decided to give this store a try. I'm actually really glad I did! The store had a large selection of hair and other products which is always nice to see. An employee noticed me wandering around and asked if I needed help which I kind of did and she said she'd return after she was done helping a different customer. I found most of what I was looking for without any help and the employee did come back to help me and was able to find a color I needed in the back. She was super sweet and I appreciated her help. But employees in the store at the time were very kind and I'd honestly drive the 10 extra minutes out to that store than the ones that were closer just because of this one experience.

BEST LOCAL BEAUTY SUPPLY!!! I absolutely love this beauty supply store. I went in 10 minutes before close and they didn’t rush me and helped me find the best bang for my buck. The ladies there were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend for product and service. 12/10 will be a repeat customer.

This is my favorite supply store. The lady the helps out with the wigs is the best. She's friendly and very helpful!
