The whole staff treated her with care a didn’t give her that judgmental look I’m used to seeing. We went in to have her teeth checked out, but Dr. Fuller found a much more pressing and serious issue. Him and Kassidy addressed it immediately and took the best care of my girl. I will never trust another vet and will continue to make the 1.5 hour drive from Douglasville for Countryside!

They put in the effort to make our pups feel safe and calm. We also recently had to say good bye to our eldest pup. The staff all were beyond supportive. While its never easy to say goodbye, they let us spend as much time as we needed to make peace with the situation.

7215 Industrial Blvd, CovingtonI can’t say enough about Dr. Rawlins. I brought my cat in for a last minute appointment as a new patient because he was having some serious medical issues. She came up with a treatment plan and had him stay for 2 nights to undergo treatment. She made sure to call me at least twice a day while he was there, and when I brought him home, I spoke to her and the vet technician (Tara) about some concerns I was having. I could tell that Dr. Rawlins and the staff cared about the long term health of my cat, and they were more than willing to have me bring him in for any follow up concerns and exams. I never felt like I was being a burden with questions, and they seemed genuinely concerned about my fur baby. I will continue to return to this office in the future, for regular appointments and more serious care. Veterinary care is expensive, but I will be willing to come back to this office!

6225 U.S.278 NW, CovingtonWe found ourselves at the emergency vet with our old dog after he took a fall. We unfortunately had to put him down. Each person we came in contact with was beyond top notch. I wish I remembered their names to thank them personally. We were met with compassion at the back door with a full staff ready to get our big boy out of the back of the car, the front desk lady was the sweetest and the doctor was absolutely what we needed. He was very helpful, explained everything and helped us come to the best choice to make our sweet boys pain end. The whole process was handled with dignity and respect. Hated that we had to go there, but glad we did and had the experience we did. It made things a little easier. The doctor even took the time to ask our kids if they understood things or had questions. That extra touch meant a lot to this mommas broken heart.
Update: the Vets name was Dr. James Hayes. Absolutely best!

Customer service was warm and friendly, which immediately made the experience feel welcoming. After ordering, the wait time for drinks was very reasonable (about 5–10 minutes) and everything felt well-organized and efficient.
The space itself is another highlight. There are plenty of photo-op moments throughout, making it a fun place to hang out or stop by with friends. Parking was also easy and stress-free, with lots of spaces available nearby.
I highly recommend trying the Berry Pirate smoothie (non dairy); you won’t be disappointed.
Overall, MADDLulu is a lively, feel-good spot with great drinks, great service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay a little longer. Definitely worth a visit.

Big portions and great Margaritas!!! Unfortunately no desserts though ?. They need a couple to complete their fantastic food!!! We will definitely be back ASAP!!!
