The whole staff treated her with care a didn’t give her that judgmental look I’m used to seeing. We went in to have her teeth checked out, but Dr. Fuller found a much more pressing and serious issue. Him and Kassidy addressed it immediately and took the best care of my girl. I will never trust another vet and will continue to make the 1.5 hour drive from Douglasville for Countryside!

6225 US-278, CovingtonWe had a unique situation where an unhoused person needed veterinarian care for their well cared for and loved two dogs. One of the dogs was aggressive towards strangers and also was a senior that needed surgery. Both dogs received excellent care from Dr. Carithers with their tests; vaccinations and surgery. Dr. Carithers worked with others (not just the owner) to make this appt. work and she was professional; patient; dependable and willing to take on this unique case because it even was a little confusing at times and/or had unique requests along the way, but she and her staff came through and we are all so deeply appreciative for the EXCELLENT CARE and services they provided and do provide. This mobile service is very much needed and we are grateful all round! Thank you!!

Dr James Hayes, and staff too really great care of her, reassured me and gave me so medication for her. She is so much better now, fully recovered. 5890 Salem Road, CovingtonThe food is excellent, but I wish it was more consistent. Half the time I order a Birria quesadilla (which is very good), it doesn’t come with the consume. And if I’m not getting that, I like the taco salads, but sometimes the chicken is different. I’ve stopped coming here as often because I’m tired of not getting exactly what I pay for, but I’m not completely giving up on them! Hopefully they will figure out some ways to be more consistent with their food and packaging.
