If I could put zero stars I would. Not only was it a 3.5 hour wait time to keep my dog for a basic bath and nail cut they managed to slice her leg on the side of the bathing tub and call me making it seem like it was alittle cut… they did not offer me a discount or even offer my pup a treat after this happened. So I paid full price and for a treat to comfort my pup. Not to mention the lady who did this did not even come to me and apologize for this incident….. never coming back.

Sent our dog here for grooming. I could clearly hear the chaos in the background, but I was desperate for her to get a bath and nail filled down.We were called to pick her up, and the first thing I noticed was that she didn't come back with the usual clean and groomed appearance after her sessions from prior places.Her nails were clipped and filled down, though.That night, the unclean smell was back like she never got cleaned.Called the store and spoke with an assistant manager, and he said the manager would be in touch the next day. I gave our dog a bath the next night, and she finally looked and smelled like she got a bath. Also, another way to know if she hasn't gotten bathe in a while is how much she sheds when being bathe. She shed so much during her bath session at home, which confirmed my suspicion.5 days later, still no call back, I called again and got the manager. She proceeded by telling me that her team said our dog has a yeast infection, hence why she looks uncleaned and smelly a few hours after a bath. No explanation from my end was enough to get her to understand that services paid for were either not rendered or poorly administered.Please do not send your pets here for grooming if you want accountability people doing what they agree to. It seems the staff are overworked and overwhelmed, and sadly, this will affect the service provided to your beloved Pet.

First time I brought my dog for grooming and honestly the last.Let me start saying that I made the appointment online and called the store because I did not receive the confirmation they said they were fully booked for the day. An hour after I received a call saying that they had an opening. (Very disorganized) my puppy is almost 6 months I asked them to do a full haircut they lady started to say bunch stuff and asked me to sing a paper I did. Later on I got a phone call saying that the dog was moving (“jajajaj” of course I bet money all dogs do the same at the groomer) and it was not safe to do the haircut they will only do a “puppy trim which includes the face and anal gland expression. Guys when I picked my dog and saw him it was like they did not even touched him except for his face, that was the only thing they did because did not even brushed his hair and CHARGED ME $56 when the regular haircut is 65.$56 for only the face of a 8 pounds puppy.When I complained the entire staff including the ones on the front were in front of us criticizing us and basically laughing on our faces, but since I am not like them politely pay my ridiculously $56 and I hope they last too much because I wont ever come back.

This place is WILD. Their animals are severely emaciated, neglected and riddled with mites to the extent that one of Covington's local vet hospitals has taken in (not on the volition of petsense management) animals brought in for neglect from this location. Today was the third time that i am personally aware of. No care. Animals left in their cages after death to the point of decomposition.

Now let me say I don't shop here I only use the grooming service and Karla is the best we have Bruno we don't talk about Bruno lol but Karla the best if you are in need of a grooming service Karla is A1 thanks for all you do Karla you deserve a raise make sure you TIP and tell her Bruno sent you

Wasn’t greeted by either employee when I went in, but they were both up front. No one else was in the store. I walked around a couple of minutes looking for a particular item , had to walk near the register while looking but neither girl asked if I needed help.

Manager does not understand company policy. I came to this store to get dog food I normally go to petsmart in Conyers but I didn’t want to drive that far with my month old baby and wanted to stay close to home. I looked before and found out petsense price match. At the register the manager lady said they don’t price match unless I have the specific store catalog (something she made up) . Does that even make sense Why would I go into petsmart or petco with the cheaper price just to get the weeks catalog and come to petsense does that make any sense!!!! I called corporate and spoke with someone and now they will be sending out the district manager to retrain the store on company policy instead of her just setting her own rules.

Nice people but the groomers were completely disorganized and lazy. When we made the appointment the groomer told us it would be 1.5 hours but it took them 5 hours they never called to tell me she was finished. I showed us 30 minutes before closing and picked her up. She said she didn't have my phone number and they still had several dogs there.They gave her a mowhowk !? I called 3 times to check in and the grommer was always on a break.This place really needs management to supervise their employees.

Literally I cannot stand coming into this place sometimes. Today I went in and the store manger is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. You can't have an attitude that bad and work in customer service. Even the grooming department is bad. They took almost 7 hours on my dog and I tried to call to check on her and when I finally just showed up she wasn't even like either on yet. They left mats in her ears when I specifically said to just cut all the hair off from behind her ears because I already knew she had a few mats. She's got lots of fluff behind her ears so it just happens so I went ahead and told them to just take all her fluff off. She left with mats all in her ears?? Like ?? Why ? I wouldn't come here if you can't bite your tongue. I don't know how I managed to not be a Karen but i seriously hope this store gets better management or at least something because this is awful.

Bought a small plastic 40$ fish tank. Took it home and it was cracked. Took it back to the store and they said they couldn't take it back broken. Still in the box with my receipt. I didn't want my money back. Just an exchange for the same tank. The guys at the desk tried to help but manager refused. It's 40$ I just threw in the trash.
