My wife and I have used the publix pharmacy for years and it's been going down hill for a while. We've gotten the wrong prescription a couple of times and the staff can be hit or miss with good customer service. Not everyone over there is bad, but it's too inconsistent. We ended up switching our meds to a different publix.

Really falling off for some reason. I was waiting on a proscription that had been pending for a week. When I checked the status on line it was as if I never submitted it. I called to find out it was there since yesterday No call or notification was ever forwarded. This isn’t the first time. There’s a lot of new staff !!

I absolutely love Publix. They are my favorite store. The staff is always professional, courteous, and polite. And the Bogo’s are just a bonus.

This use to be the best pharmacy.HOWEVER the staff is rude. Especially the short blonde hair woman African American woman. She has a disgusting attitude. I will be switching pharmacies. Publix Pharmacy PLEASE do better & look into this.

I dropped my prescription off two days ago and when I get there they tell me they don't have it ready, and it will be another 2 hours to have the prescription filled. The lady was rude. I will never go back again. Horrible service

Not good with answering the phone for Pharmacy at all. Other than that, everything else is good.

the deli workers are very slow the lines are very long and they have one person fixing sandwiches while the other ppl walk away and act like their doing something else so they won't have to make sandwiches! it's horrible

After leaving the Emergency room we had to wait 29 hours for the prescriptions to be actually filled. Mainly because it was 2 hours before they closed and they didn't want to bother that day. The next day we went again and they told us to come back when they called us. They never called us! When we finally got the medication my wife was not doing well and I was very concerned. This was critical medication for her situation and could have been fatal. I do not recommend having any critical medication called in to this location ever.

They always have my kids medication here. I have used other pharmacies and I always run out or not have it. They are always so good to me they also know who I am when we go in.
