Not my usual store, but it doesn't seem to have a flow. The lunch meat was where the breakfast meats are located. The cheeses are on the other side of the store. Needs a better flow

One of the employees kept following behind me, another almost hit me with a pallet, the Tribeca kombucha wasn’t priced, the lights in the ladies restroom were broken, and there were no spoons in the produce section.
But they did have a full selection of yogurt parfaits and the self checkout representative was pleasant.

I love Publix for their quality in produce and meats and excellent customer service. Too bad this does not reflect the Covington Salem Rd. Store. I ordered 2 sandwiches online to be picked up at this location. The time given for pickup was 8:10pm (30 min. after placing). I arrived early to pickup a prescription and some groceries (8ish). The sandwiches were not ready when I arrived so I did my shopping and used the restroom. I then went back to the deli area and my sandwiches were still not ready. It is now about 815, so I stand in line and wait about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledges me and aks if I am next. I inform her that I am waiting for an online order that was supposed to be ready by now. She says not another word to me and yells to some kid in the back, who looks confused. I then proceed to wait another 20 minutes with no apology, explanation, or update on what is going on. At 8:45 an employee from the back walks out with our food, sets it on the counter and says here. This is by far the worst Publix I have ever shopped at. I will avoid this store at all cost...no accountability for lack of service and I did not feel welcome or that my service was appreciated!!

Not to good, specially that Deli department, that's actually their weakest link, employees and management are rude, lazy & ghetto, it's a shame how a single department can bring down an entire place. But this is a team work environment, if one fail the rest take the hit too.

I went to this Publix on two occasions and disrespected one time and disappointed the second. Some of the employees here have no customer service skills. It's unfortunate because its convenient for me to shop here. But, I rather not!

We went into buy some deli products and some hotdogs for a grill out however when we got to the self checkout I noticed my girlfriend had a pack of Oscar Meyer Turkey hotdogs that had someone's facial hair on the packaging. That was gross. Yall can do better Publix esp for the premium pricing that is charged.

Great place, I had a birthday last week. The bakery had a large selection of birthday cakes ? pies ? donuts ? and many other tasty treats. They also offer the option of custom cakes for weddings and special occasions . I had my eye on an oreo ice-cream cake. Instead, I went for the double chocolate cake ☆☆☆☆
