I called early one Saturday morning because my mechanics were closed. I told “Hollie “ the issue, hopefully I’m spelling correctly. My college daughter was home and her car was making noises. He told me to bring the car to him. She took the car down and he assessed and told her the problem. He fixed the problem without price gauging and my daughter said they were really nice to her! From a widow mom, I can’t thank you all enough for your help!

Went to Pure Auto Covington Ga with laminated light. Asked them to change all spark plugs and ignition 4 coil now light flashing. Get code read again and now I have trouble with cylinder 4 which was just replaced and cylinder 6. Spark plugs fine. I buy all 6 coils online go back pay another small fee to have them replaced after I just paid the day before. They replaced the 6 ignition coils and did a reset. Light goes off but I am talking to them and the light comes back on before I leave. Never test drove the vehicle before giving it back but tells me to drive it and let computer catch up if it do not go off, they will fix cylinder 6 and do another reset for free. When I go back up there they are saying it could be something else. Like valves and other things but I have another engine code that says misfire on cylinder 6. I had everything changed by them and I'm having issues because of cylinder 6. I had trust in them because they did work to gain my trust and kept my cars running a little bit longer. But now that I see I will not be going back. You get what you pay for. The crazy part about it is you get no refunds which means to me is they been getting people for a long time. Didn't even want the free service after talking to them
