Bad reception in my area. Calls drop when at home or in rural areas. Can’t stream at all or have internet access unless in the city limits of our towns around us one being 20 miles south and or 40 miles north.

Great customer service which I'm so thankful for. I was with my last carrier for almost 12 years, but so far I'm glad I made the switch.
