Dressing room attendant should be moved to writing prices on the bottom of shoes in the back. No customer service skills whatsoever. Instead she is very condescending when delivering all the dressing room rules. I’ll go spend my money somewhere else.

I went specifically for luggage. I have no problems with stores having security tags. However, instead of putting tags on handles they put them on the zipper pulls. Some had both zippers tied together. Some had one of the zippers tied to a handle. This made it impossible to open the luggage to see how the inside was designed and what materials were used. Are there attached compartments for small items? Is the material plastic or fabric? Do the zippers even work or do they stick? There were a few that had full access but the ones I was interested in did not. If you want to be able to fully view and compare go elsewhere.

Customer service for a cashier today was very rude due to the fact I ask to be sold a product for the amount on it. It rang up $1.00 more. She was aggravated because I was holding up her line. I told her I was a customer the same as they were. No thank you .... Nothing just handed me my bags & receipt.

Finally opened back up after recent flooding. Limited selection , but good prices. Staff always seems unhappy though...

I always shop at Ross, but I hate this location in there is always unorganized and the workers are never to be found and unprofessional. They were recently closed down and reopened this month went in today and the line was so long had to wait because there were only two cashiers at the time. Then got home saw were the cashier charged me over for an item I had two of the same of, call and they said I had to return all the items for them to do a investigation and my receipt. Sad to say I’ll be coming again because of this inconvenience. Supervisor was quick to get me off the phone too.
