“36 storage is a Great place. I was greeted by Jennifer, excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable & accommodating with you, She made sure everything was secure every time .l made mistake and left my unit unlocked.I got a verbal call quickly. The unit I chose was very clean, it’s climate controlled plus the most importantly thing was when I moved my stuff out into my new place a few days ago. I was so impressed there weren’t any bugs, spiders or anything coming out belonging. This was a big plus. I highly recommend 36 storage to all. (TRUST )You will be very pleased. The entire storage from the outside to the inside always well kept. They also have Uhaul trucks at the facility. 24 hr monitoring. I will definitely used them again”

“I have two words (A-mazing!) I feel like apart of the family. Everyone was very polite and professional. Kendrick took me to look for a unit that would suit my needs he also gave me additional information about when closing time was. But it was a very good experience even though I only seen Dean for 2 minutes. And Toya or Tanya I'm sorry I don't remember the name exactly but she took care of me made sure I knew exactly what I was getting help me with the math and was very warm and patient. “Stopped in today a few days before my reservation to make sure everything was good to go. There were a few issues with the trailer that U-Haul didn’t disclose but Dyonn made it his priority to make it right and call to verify. Dyonn went above and beyond to make sure everything was laid out on pickup day and pickup locations. Dyonns customer service was top notch and I will definitely use this location again when it comes to needing a U-Haul. Thank you for your assistance and help locating and finding what I need for this reservation.”
