“Probably the cleanest storage unit I've ever used, and I've used a lot of them over the years. Very well maintained, with good lighting and I often see employees walking around the complex to check things out. I used a climate controlled unit which is terrific since I'm packing/moving in summertime. My only 2 wishes are overhead lights inside the units (I suspect would be too expensive) and a trash receptacle on the property...but I've seen what happens with those so I understand why they're not there. But overall a very good choice for storage. Employees are always very polite and helpful as well. Highly recommended!”

“Truckers. Quick unloading. I’m out in 45. Mins. Chamisa rd is located off of a access/frontage rd. So your gps may look like it’s gonna tell you to turn around but just follow it once you get up on the exit. You will see.”

“I have two words (A-mazing!) I feel like apart of the family. Everyone was very polite and professional. Kendrick took me to look for a unit that would suit my needs he also gave me additional information about when closing time was. But it was a very good experience even though I only seen Dean for 2 minutes. And Toya or Tanya I'm sorry I don't remember the name exactly but she took care of me made sure I knew exactly what I was getting help me with the math and was very warm and patient. “Stopped in today a few days before my reservation to make sure everything was good to go. There were a few issues with the trailer that U-Haul didn’t disclose but Dyonn made it his priority to make it right and call to verify. Dyonn went above and beyond to make sure everything was laid out on pickup day and pickup locations. Dyonns customer service was top notch and I will definitely use this location again when it comes to needing a U-Haul. Thank you for your assistance and help locating and finding what I need for this reservation.”
