My husband took my car to these people to have the a/c repaired on 4/13/23. We picked the car up on the 14th. We paid $1469.71 for the repairs. Within 3 to 4 days the a/c was doing exactly what it was doing when we left it with them. I had some medical issues and we couldn't take the car back until May 15,2023, although my husband called and spoke with them about the issue. We picked the car up on May 17,2023. They told us it was the tensioner was broke & shredding the belt. They also recharged the system. This cost us an additional $579.29. We called again on June 19 or 20. The a/c was doing the exact same thing. Blowing cold, then hot. Intermittently. This was the reason we took the car to them to start with. We picked the car up on June 22 and they told us there's a bad oil leak that blew oil all over the belt so it wouldn't turn it would slip. When asked how much to make the repair, they told us "a boatload of money", because the motor would have to be removed to find the leak. They didn't even write up an estimate for the repairs needed. Needless to say, they didn't want to do anything to repair the issue. At this point, I wouldn't let them touch my car. And would NEVER recommend them to anyone, not even for an oil change. They may leave the plug out. We live a few minutes from this shop & try to spend & support local businesses, but I think you'd be wasting your money taking your car to them.

Don't take your car to this guy. He's unethical. He quoted me over $3,500 for an engine swap in my mustang. After I picked the vehicle up it didn't run right (check engine lights flashing and stalling under load) so I took it back. He then said I needed a tuneup... The tuneup would cost an additional $300+. After the tuneup, the vehicle still didn't run properly. He then said he thought that the computer needed to be replaced but he didn't have the equipment to properly diagnose the issue. He gave me the phone number to a third party to have a diagnostic scan done on the computer... I ended up taking the vehicle to ford. They adjusted the settings in my computer and the car ran fine (it took less than 5 minutes for them to do it). Fast forward two weeks the car starts making a loud rattling sound every time i put it in reverse or first gear. I took it to AAMCO and they found that 5 of the 7 bell housing bolts were completely missing and the two that were holding my transmission in were loose. They replaced the bolts and the car ran fine. If one of those two bolts had fallen out everyone in the car could have been seriously injured...or worse. In addition to his incompetence, Jay, the owner is very rude, disrespectful and lacks any clue of what the words customer service and accountability mean. He took over $3,000 of my hard earned money and when the car didn't perform properly he didn't make any attempts to troubleshoot the issue. He just kept coming up with new ways to try and charge me more money. I consider him a scumbag. As far as I'm concerned he should be locked up with the criminals and scam artists...

Very disappointed in staff. I have spent thousands there on my fleet of vehicles. One day my daughter's car was over-heating nearby so I told her to drop in. It was 530pm and they told her to bring it back tomorrow and they would look at it. A 16yr old girl should have at least drawn their attention to make sure it was derivable, but I guess when management is away, the employees will play. Since then, I changed location for fleet service, no matter how much I like them, I can't support employee actions.

When you find a great mechanic you stick with them. This is that place. Locally owned and operated. They staff is very friendly and they are extremely fair when it comes to cost. We have had them service our cars and check used cars before making a purchase.
