I can’t thank Dr. Holley and the rest of the Sigman staff enough!! Brought my sweet almost 8 year old kitty in to be seen and now a week later she is almost back to herself! Dr. Holley and Jennifer calmed me during our first appointment when I was having a rough time and worrying about my sweet girl. They are the absolute best around and I won’t be going anywhere else!!
It helps that they didn’t break the bank but still provided high quality care to my baby!

I really liked this veterinary clinic and I’ve used them since I was a teen and my dad used them since I was little. However, I scheduled a surgery to have my cat declawed months ago and when it came up, it was while my kids and I had just gotten over COVID last week and then immediately came down with Flu B and strep. I wasn’t on my phone considering I’ve been back and forth to urgent cares with my children because my daughter kept a 104 fever that won’t break and she had a seizure and stopped breathing so the last thing I’m thinking about is checking voicemails. The lady that just called me was talking about me and how could I schedule a surgery and not show up until she realized that I was on the phone and could hear everything. I explained to her that we have the flu and she proceeded to snap at me about how she left a voicemail yesterday. I didn’t check my voicemails and this surgery was scheduled months ago and I have a lot going on so it’s a little easy to forget. Either way, I will never come back here and I’m going to share my experience far and wide. They should fire the lady at the front desk. I wonder how many other people she judges and talks rudely about as if she is perfect and never forgotten anything.
