The assistance even during busy hours from the saleswoman, Pam, was exceptional, as well as the patience from the nurse, Ms. Jada. Strongly recommend this location- I'm talking about the kind of service you hear about Chic-Fil-A having is what you can expect from this one particular optometry clinic.

Went in for an exam so I could get a prescription for new glasses I purchased online. When my glasses came in, I couldn't see out of them. When I compared my prescription with a previous one, I realized they'd made a mistake and gotten my eyes backwards. Rather than correcting it and sending me a new prescription, they insist I come back in for yet another eye exam. When I explained to them that I had not interest in returning, they refused to provide me with a refund for their incorrect exam.

Their virtual eye doctor was in a hurry to get through the exam and when I asked a question pertaining to my vision, he stated I wasn't to ask him questions, I could address my questions with the consultant. Hmmm, you're the eye doctor!! Why would I ask an ophthalmology question to a consultant/receptionist? Why was I a bother to you and why did I still have to pay $89 for crappy service? Apparently my vision isn't important to their virtual eye doctor! The manager didn't even know the eye doctors name! Highly disappointed and won't bother returning!

I'd give zero if I could. Highly recommend not using this practice. My daughter went here for a contact exam, they were extremely rude to her and only did an eyeglass exam. They said, sorry our mistake, you're going to need to come back for another exam. I called the 1-866 number three different times, spoke with three different people who said they couldn't help me. Had to call local office, which I then did,(FYI, the 1-866 number is what's listed to call the local office, but connects regionally, a real waste). The young girl on the phone was extremely rude to me, raised her voice at me. My request was to have my daughters $45 copay removed from her account because they didn't even do what she had scheduled, and she never received a prescription. The young lady said she could come back and pay the $45, and then $89 for a contact exam and then she would receive her prescription. Are you even serious? This was your error, not my daughters and she received nothing from you. I emailed the manager the same day, as was told to do by the regional team, to never heard anything back. I left my name, phone number, and email address. I offered to let him correct this issue prior to me going elsewhere with my complaint. I have heard nothing from anyone. Very disappointed with the service or lack there of. Your franchise should be ashamed with themselves. No wonder you can get an appointment immediately. No one wants to go there.

Awful service, it took almost 2 hours! I assumed My Eyelab would be better since it's a chain but it was a horrible experience. It was my daughter's first eye exam since we were a bit concerned about her vision. When we arrived, there was no direction that we needed to check in but we figured it out. Finally after starting the exam (it's tele-health unfortunately) they had me hold the mirror for my daughter because it was broken. The doctor conducted the exam then said "ok I'm done" and then immediately disconnected from the tele-health call explaining absolutely nothing as far as what was wrong with my daughters vision and leaving us in the darkened room. We walked out after sitting there for a minute with no guidance to see the manager sitting at her desk. We asked what was the result and what to do next. She barked at us without looking up to find a glasses frame... my daughter just looked at me near tears finally putting 2 and 2 together that this meant she needed glasses. So unthoughtful. We then waited almost an hour for a representative to charge us and give us the prescription. We will never go back. I can understand being understaffed causing a wait (although 2 hours is ridiculous), but there is no reason for the lack of organization or their thoughtless and calloused behavior.

I had a 6:05 pm appointment, but when I got there at 5:55 pm, a staff member told me they were closed. When I called the call center they had no idea why. They were supposed to close at 7. I was told that they also had two more appointments after mine.

Shocking. Not a good experience at all. After 2 attempts at making my glasses i had to return them . First pair i had to return after i drove half a mile up Pace street , second pair not much better. I said they seemed off a bit as soon as i put them on , but agreed that my eyes may adjust after a week. Anyway still returned them only to find out i don't get a full refund . was charged $90 for the eye exam which is clearly no use. During all my visits to the store i witnessed other customers complain . Staff were ok but felt very misled about costs .
