I forgot her name but I think it was Landia. This woman went beyond the call of duty and made sure that my phone was working before I left the store. I can’t thank her enough for her knowledge and professionalism on getting my phone working. I have to give five stars for this transaction ! It’s people like her that makes your company great ! I see why they have 3.5 stars. I went to get a replacement phone after my screen cracked and the screen went white. They were not able to help me transfer all the data to my new phone after I paid in full for the phone and ear pods. While I am trouble-shooting they ended up helping someone else. Rude. I was left doing the best I could. Left the store. I won't be back there.

Spent most of the afternoon getting my account straightened out after the sprint merge. Divine is amazing and truly went the extra mile to get me fixed. This lady deserves some recognition and a raise! Typically cell phone stores give me anxiety because the staff is usually garbage and doesn’t fix whatever your problem is. Divine fixed me up, got my phone upgraded and ensured everything worked as it should even though her fixing my problems ran well after they were closed for the day. She is fantastic and I cant recommend her enough! T-Mobile, these are the kind of people you need! Show her some love!

The worst store with worst employee. Unprofessional in every way. As she incorrectly entered information, she immediately blamed me for her incompetence. She then refused to correct her error. She also wouldn't help me with an exchange, telling me to call customer service as if she couldn't get them on the line while assisting me. So thank you Nieva (I think that's your name) for your horrible experience and with not helping at all. You even went as far as porting the wrong number to the wrong phone. Awesome job!!!

Top notch service and salesmanship at this location. Sherneka was awesome! All my needs were met, and I even walked out with something extra; the T-Mobile home internet that my family loves! Would definitely recomend this T-Mobile location.

Asked about 2 phones THEY SOLD IN THE STORE and the TMobile associate told me I was going have to Google the questions I had about the phones. Useless. They could literally care less about helping customers or working in general.

A dear friend of mine left work early today to get his phone replaced or fixed and the door was locked at 5:40pm with all staff looking at him none offered to open the door to assist him even though they close at 6pm. Horrible representation for T-Mobile!

Ms. Divine Forever deserves a raise and then some for the help she gave me. I was in an urgent pinch for a new phone or any way to get my phone back. I've just been promoted and a major emergency had happened at my job so terrible time to have it break. She calmed me down from the panic I was in looked up my info and found my phone was still insured. She saved me from blowing all of my savings on a phone and I can't thank her enough!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS YOU SO MUCH

Was scammed at the Macon store for over $700...They ran me in circles wouldnt help at all...so I went to the Covington Tmobile...where Josh and Harris(son)?, spent hours and days trying to figure out everything...they were very nice, polite, and extremely patient with the whole situation. They were able to straighten everything out and fix the $700 screwup...I would 100% recommend the COVINGTON, GA location for your Tmobile needs! I would give Josh and Harrison 20 stars if I could...give them a bonus!!!!!!!

I would like to thank Ms. Ashley for being intuitive, considerate and helpful as I am disabled, and had to send my elderly mom to the store. This location is slow, they take one person at a time. The let people arriving after you skip you. They need more or better staff that can work more efficiently.
