Dr. West was great! He was very informative, knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my history and discuss things that could help with my sciatica pain. However, the front desk staff were not very welcoming and became flustered / aggravated when questions were asked about the different plans and cancelation policies. I almost did not sign up due to their inability to make me feel comfortable about the options presented.

Today was my first visit at this location and everyone was wonderful, starting with Mrs. Angela at the front desk with her welcoming smile. John was the Dr. that I saw, and he was very knowledgeable about the wellness plan that would be best for me.

Awesome service! Awesome customer service! I was in a great amount a pain and i never got adjusted before. Once adjusted i walked out feeling great! While i was there i seen so many other clients come in and leave happy. Dr. Wes was so nice and helpful. Very professional and welcoming. Great prices! Lets just say i ended up purchasing a plan. The Joint is the truth. Thank you!

Walked into the office in excruciating pain and was able to get an adjustment within 30 minutes. Dr. Ryan was very detailed, knowledgeable, and professional in his approach to my treatment. Awesome service!

The staff here is very Very attentive.The office is very clean and it has a comforting environment to walk into, especially when it’s your first time there.

They listen to all of the concerns that I have. They even observe when I am uncomfortable (even without me saying something) and adjust until the pain/discomfort is relieved! I have never had a chiropractor to do this. They have many people come in during the day, but I never feel like they are rushing me to complete their adjustments. Special shout out to Dr. Wes!

My husband went with extreme pain! The Joint allowed him to walk in on Saturday afternoon. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Today was my very first in my lifetime chiropractic appointment, and I left feeling way better than I came into the office feeling. I hurt to walk into the office and sit down in the waiting area, i was hurting to even breath. After my appointment, I walked out with less sharp pain, way less sharp pain in my back and was able to immediately tell that the adjustment had helped. Dr Paramo was great and helped me so much. I will definitely be back, in fact tomorrow I will be going back for another adjustment to follow his recommendation on treatment for my back and body pain.

I walked in with severe pain in my shoulder. Dr. Mercy listened to my problem, and determined how to treat it. After 30 minutes of treatment, the pain was gone. Thanks dr. Mercy!
