My car has never sparkled like when Kisha cleaned it. My car is so clean and clear that I can see my own reflection. Also, the customer service is amazing. Everyone was so respectful and my car was washed in a timely manner. Tidal Wave Auto Spa is truly the place to be.

Kesha and Jeremiah are both amazing and professional staff at Tidal Wave Auto Spa off Salem Road in Covington. Also, very informative of the pricing and the details of each car wash. This is a great place for your car wash detail. My car looks amazing with the $21 wash, and my wheels are clean. I am very impressed.

Car wash appears nice but fails to complete satisfactory results and very high prices tags we’re wet still employee cares more for his phone than he does taken care of people coming through couldn’t ever get my whole tire shinning on both tires on one side missed 1/2-3/4 of the tires

Today was the first time we visit Tidal Wave and it was such a great experience. We were undecided on the car wash option we wanted so it took us a minute to decide. We pulled around and Mrs. Kisha greeted us with the warmest smile and friendliest attitude by waving to my kids in the back seat. Kisha scrubbed our car paying attention to the hard to get places around the tires (had a little roadkill situation in that car.) making sure it was extra clean. The facility was also great, everything was nice and clean and everyone was so friendly. Thank you Tidal Wave of Covington ?

My Sister recommended this place to me and it was definitely worth it. I was greeted with a warm welcome by Ms Kisha. She was a huge help in helping me choose the right wash for me. I will definitely be back !!!

I visit this wash quite often. The wash received through the tunnel seems to be of the utmost quality.
