Please avoid pick from here
I arrived for my pickup and had to wait 5 hours just to get a dock, then spent another 4 hours on the dock. They clearly don’t value drivers’ time. If you’re coming here, make sure to bring your lunch and dinner—you’ll need it. Total time waste.

Regina Wingfield was one of the RUDEST receptions, I have ever encountered. From the greeting being dry, short response and impatient. I would never recommend this company, nor would I want to be apart of McKinley.

Pretty much like this
U come in for delivery
Go all the way in back two dock
Check in shipper office need fill out paper and then go back up to them two dock started around 7:30 to unload, 4 trucks came after me unloading fast

Worst place I've ever been to took 4 hours to get half a 53 foot trailer loaded and an additional 20mins for bills

Be ready to wait for around 20-24 hours for a live load. these guys are insane. They don't care about your time value. its impossible to listen what shipping department says to you. lot of noises inside the building and they act like you can listen there instruction clearly. Avoid this place if u can or come here with yours lunch & breakfast. 👍

Try to avoid pickup from here . They gave dock after 12 hours and its been 8 hours on dock and 2 more hour for paperwork . They are really slow. Staff is not helpfull .

The shipping office is so rude. They don't speak they just point and hand. No talking, never make eye contact, just looks like they are miserable. Never even held they head up. This is every time I come here. Not just a one off bad day. They will only speak when you ask them a question and they don't really answer your question. Like how hard is it to greet and explain what you need and where to go. Pointing and handing is just so freaking rude.

There’s only two docks to unload, and they take forever. Also, it’s never explicitly stated where you should park/wait while other trucks are occupying the dock.
Not coming back here again.

Please go to the shipping office first before going to the back and have your 6 digit delivery number as well…. 0 out of 10 do not recommend…. Take them forever just to unload 6 rolls of paper ??♂️ let’s not talk about the people in the shipping office #ajoke

Worse place ever, my appointment was 9 am and I got here at 8:30 am to deliver and it’s now 11:30 am , people in the shipping office are very mean
