The service is slow and they don’t even print labels anymore. They require you to do everything through email and then charge you a fee for your trouble. Gotta love a shipping company that charges for labels.
What a joke!

I have had issues at this location several times, and frequently I’ve gone in here only to deal with employees that don’t seem to have any customer service skills or knowledge of what they are doing. (Not every time, but enough to be an issue.)
Yesterday, I returned two items via Amazon’s drop-off service in the UPS store. The return policy unequivocally states that no box or bags are needed, just scan the items and leave them for pick up. The UPS clerk, however, told us that it WOULD need a box/bag for all return items in the future, and then proceeded to take the second item out of its mailer and put the first item inside of it (which made no sense because it was in the manufacturer packaging already anyway).
Regardless, today, the item that I dropped off at the UPS store shows back up on MY front steps in the very mailer the clerk put it in yesterday, because I guess he forgot to remove my address label from the front of it.
The worst part is, this isn’t even the first time they’ve sent me back items that I returned to Amazon, and both times it has been at this location!
When I tried to call the UPS store to get things sorted, the phone would ring a few times, then someone would hang up the call and I’d have to start all over again.
This happened multiple times over the course of roughly an hour, and even my spouse tried to call in from work and was getting the same treatment.
Someone over there needs to figure out what is going on and fix it, because that kind of “customer service” is deplorable. I’m just glad Amazon was able to work with me to get it fixed because UPS would not!

Stay away from this if you can. They have very poor communication skills which amounts to a very bad customer experience. One of their clerks became frustrated and hung up on me during a phone call because he couldn’t articulate himself properly.

We got there at 1 PM and waited in line to mail a package. When we finally got to the counter, we had a e mail notice from Dyson that we could get a box from UPS, at no charge, and our mailing label. The young woman at the counter said we couldn’t get a box for free and went to call the “manager” to ask. By that time, we had waited 20 minutes and told her we would pay for the box because we were tired of waiting. She came back to the counter where we were and said she wouldn’t wait on us because we were “rude” to her. So she called over Jeannie to help us. Jeannie finally found us a box for the vacuum cleaner and basically threw all of the parts to the $400 vacuum cleaner, taped it up, charged us $10 and said “you are done”. Before we walked out, I asked who was the manager of the store and Jeannie said “we don’t have a manager”. That explains a lot. We got in the car to leave at 1:40 PM. I’ve been using this store for 4 years now, but I will never go back. If an employee of mine talked to a customer that way, they would be fired.

This location held my important documents for three months without me knowing anything. They claimed they called me, which was a lie. I will no longer be using UPS for any of my delievery needs. This location deserves no stars in my opinion.

Came into the store to have a figure packaged and sent out to California. The rep couldn't answer any of my questions, and expected me to know everything about the UPS store in Cali and which one was the correct one to send it to.A few days later, I get notified that the UPS store in Cali refused the package and marked it as RTS.After several calls, I had to go to this store in person. They refused to give me any kind of refund because "we already made the label and had to pay for it.". Since when does the customer pay for a shippers mistake? They also wanted me to pay again if I wanted to send it back or change the labeled address. When on the store, the manager also wouldn't come speak to me directly. So the employee I was talking to probably never actualky spoke to the manager and just pretended to. Or at least that's the perception.I dont usually write revies, but this was hands down, worst experience I've ever had with UPS.Side note: most of the employees at the desks with exception of one were just lazily hanging out are mostly nonresponsive to a customer entering the building.

This store is horrible. I know working customer service is terrible but the employees are sullen and rude and move at a snails pace. They just stand there looking at a long line of customers putting boxes together or walking in the back and staying there instead of helping customers.

This store is very rude to the community that uses it. This guy specifically was extremely nasty and impatient with me. I had several items to return to Amazon and he acted as if I was an inconvenience to him for patronizing his establishment this is twice this has happen by two different employees. I’ll go to a UPS THAT VALUES its customers.
