Came into the store to have a figure packaged and sent out to California. The rep couldn't answer any of my questions, and expected me to know everything about the UPS store in Cali and which one was the correct one to send it to.A few days later, I get notified that the UPS store in Cali refused the package and marked it as RTS.After several calls, I had to go to this store in person. They refused to give me any kind of refund because "we already made the label and had to pay for it.". Since when does the customer pay for a shippers mistake? They also wanted me to pay again if I wanted to send it back or change the labeled address.When on the store, the manager also wouldn't come speak to me directly. So the employee I was talking to probably never actualky spoke to the manager and just pretended to. Or at least that's the perception.I dont usually write revies, but this was hands down, worst experience I've ever had with UPS.Side note: most of the employees at the desks with exception of one were just lazily hanging out are mostly nonresponsive to a customer entering the building.

This store is horrible. I know working customer service is terrible but the employees are sullen and rude and move at a snails pace. They just stand there looking at a long line of customers putting boxes together or walking in the back and staying there instead of helping customers.

This store is very rude to the community that uses it. This guy specifically was extremely nasty and impatient with me. I had several items to return to Amazon and he acted as if I was an inconvenience to him for patronizing his establishment this is twice this has happen by two different employees. I’ll go to a UPS THAT VALUES its customers.

This UPS store is a piss poor representation of the United Parcel Service!! The customer service is horrible, they act like it’s doing you a favor to do something for the customer when it is their job to take of the people who keep their location opened

I rushed to get here after work with a very important package. I arrived five minutes until close but they were already closed and gone.Business owners keep specific hours for a reason.Be true to them. Super unprofessional.

This store was suppose to open at 8:30a.m. and they didn't open until 8:49a.m. Although the customer service of the ladies who did finally come to open the store was INCREDIBLE, opening late is unacceptable.

Person helping me today mumbles and does not speak up enough to hear when answering questions. I asked the same question 3 times and received the same mumbled answer 3 times. When I told him he did not answer the question he was rude and told me to get out of his store. Do not plan on returning. Keep the 13 cents change you did not give me when I paid in cash (Do you even know how to make change?). Manners do not cost anything, I did not raise my voice did not argue just ask a question to which I did not receive an answer to until you told me to leave YOUR store.

This store is the most poorly managed UPS store I've ever been to. Although I sent my order to them three days before I plan to pick up, I still called before I got there to ensure it was ready. They said they had not received the order so i sent it again and followed up with a phone call again. They said they had it and it would be ready when I got there. When I arrive at the store, there was a line of 12 people and one clerk at the counter. When I finally got to her the ordered had not been produced. It took her 20 min to get it ready and by then the line was out the door.If you value your time, do not go to this store because they sure dont.

After waiting 15 minutes to open and third in line at 8:41am would not notarize and fax before 9am. Odd. Reply was “not before 9 until more staff was there”. It takes absolutely no more time for this process than it would any other service. I’m sure less time. Especially shipping where the address has to be entered and doubled checked, boxed, and weighed.
