09.17.25: This USPS is still playing games with deliveries. My packages were supposed to arrive 5 days ago. The update was my package was being held per customer request. I never requested for my package to be held. What’s worst, this location doesn’t answer the phone so I had no way of knowing where my package is. Then the next update says no access to delivery location. There is literally nothing that would prevent USPS from delivering my packages, I checked my cameras and they were never even on my street during the that time. Not sure what’s going on with the driver but they are obviously not doing their job and should be fired. Is it laziness? Like what could cause a driver to consistently NOT deliver packages? These people are constant disappointments.
This is the WORST post office I have ever encountered. I never receive my packages in time. My Amazon package was supposed to be delivered on May 18, 25 and as of May 25, 25, it hasn’t arrived. The package keeps getting forwarded from Covington to Atlanta. Tracking says there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt, checked my cameras and they never came at the time they said. Package has been forwarded AGAIN. I opened 2 service tickets and nobody can provide any details on why my package keeps getting bounced around. And this isn’t the first, second, or third time this has happened so I’m guessing it won’t be the last.

Carla closed the doors at 4:30 stating that she wants to leave on time because she is the only one working. 30 mins before they close. You close at 5pm!!! Not 4:30 . This post office is such a joke. Like you legally cannot do that.

8/30 Update!
Now, you can drive right by the mailbox and not work and deliver a small package due to “no access” as you drive right on by. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!
The absolute worst service I ever have. Over the last year, our current driver never completes business pick ups. EVER. Sometimes if they fit, put pick ups in the mailbox with the flag UP to pick up and they shove our mail around the items and never pick them up. FOR DAYS. We file complaints, nothing is ever done. We call the number and it rings for 4 minutes and disconnects. It says pick ups are completed at 3:30AM and then NEVER actually picked up. This office is absolutely insane.

This is the WORST place to ship anything for small businesses!!! They are never any help and always rude!! Any other post office will help you create a shipping label but not this one!! I have been here three times to try and ship and failed each time! I don’t even know why I waste my time and gas to come here! I have gone way out of my way just to ship my tiny packages!! This place needs a serious look over about their shipping! How come I can go to any other one and not have an issue and it’s only this one! First of all, he said I needed a barcode which I don’t have and then I was desperately trying to find one. Then he let the lady behind me right in front of me didn’t even ask if it was okay then she needed a small piece of tape and was super rude to her! I don’t recommend anyone ship here! You’re just wasting your time! I will NEVER be back!

They're literally never open on time. If people are arriving at opening time and you consistently open 30mins later, knowing there's people waiting at the door, just change the time! It's literally 8:50am and they're vacuuming in the back instead of opening the doors. While there's a line of 10 people.
And they are SO RUDE!!

I was told there’s no manager on site, I paid for a new tenant lock change I mean if people can’t do there job replace them I have been waiting with no answers all my important license and documentation is mailed to my new address the post office refused to hand it over talking about annex building. I’m go have to report this building to news station because it’s ridiculous it’s my mail I should be able to get it how can you hold someone mail. Not only that a month to change a lock is outrageous while mail is still coming in. If the job can’t get done in a timely manner get someone else to do it and I’m calling HOA I pay to much to be waiting this long just like I paid for a key y’all need to do your jobs shame. Only thing they do is rush you outta line and just tell you what they want to tell you..

The worst bunch is Mail Sorters ever! Waited weeks for my package. What do the Mail Sorter do incorrectly? Had the Postal Worker deliver my package to the wrong address, and now my package is totally lost. Gotdamn Mail Sorters bastards! Please look at the address so the Mail Carriers can deliver to right address.

Mail person delivered to the wrong address . It is (3) E lawns names in the subdivision . They mixed to up more than normal. It’s unacceptable and should be addressed with higher management. All a person have to do is read . We are expecting important mail but have incompetent delivery service.

I received assistance from Mr. George today and he was extremely helpful. As a Gen Z, I’m always learning new things when I go into the Post Office lol. I appreciate how kind Mr. George was to me while informing me on proper ways to mail items.

The mail Carrier that delivers mail on Highway 36 in Covington I have never had an issue until they started with a new guy then my packages started coming up with big holes in them and then I have gotten several packages that were empty so the mail people that are delivering the mail are puncturing your packages and stealing the stuff out of them if they want it then they will say that your driveway is blocked and then have someone else delivered it the next day.. with all your contents, broken or gone..
