They dont answer the phone and they are closed to the public even when it says available for pickup at the location

People are literally stealing packages and not delivering them. The number does not work, they just let the phone ring. They direct you to the local post office and they confirmed my package was out for delivery and mark as delivered in the middle of nowhere. Once the total get to $500 I'm just going to the police station.
