Please, very unprofessional establishment. I asked for a pedicure and manicure. The male staff was trying to encourage me to purchase more expensive services. I simply asked him to do a simple pedicure and manicure. My pedicure was done terribly. When expressing dissatisfaction, he pretended not to speak English but spoke amongst themselves in their language, talking about me. My manicure was even worse, not shaping my nails in my desired shape, and the polish was clumping. I then asked him to remove the polish, paid, and walked out. $44.00 for a terrible pedicure... BEWARE!

I went in for a polish change and the nail tech did an awful job. I asked her to remove it. She did but left polish stains on my feet and toes. They still required me to pay despite providing little to know service to me.

The service was horrible, my husband and I went here to get pedicures. First, Linda was asking what we wanted and she kept disregarding my husband request. Second it was completely rushed and I don’t feel like she ( Linda) completely did everything I wanted and the lady that did my husbands she rushed it as well, we were expecting to relax and couldn’t because of all the whispering and shade they were throwing “ Thanks google translate “ We will not return!

If you are looking for poor quality nails/treatment while being overcharged then this is the perfect salon. This was my 3rd time visiting this salon and each time I left feeling dissatisfied. Today was the final straw when one of the guys tried to overcharge me by $20 for a basic full acrylic set with no extras. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This place is a SCAM!!!

My first time going and I only wanted a polish change. She did not take her time to get all of the old nail polish off then she proceeded to put at least 12 coats of polish which started to make a few of my toes look bad. I had to point out the toes that didn't look good and she tried to do a 13th coat!!! I told her to remove the polish and do it again which made it look better. I also had to point out some polish left on my skin. I'm wondering if it was because it was just a$10 polish change in her eyes but in mine it's still my hard earned money and I should receive quality service no matter how much I'm paying. I would go back but request someone else.

TERRIBLE! I was told by rose to come get my nails done on my bday and not only did she make me late for my own bday dinner by making me wait as she did someone else eyebrows..she had the audacity to ask can I wait while she polish the lady nails because my nails would take too long.
She didn’t even greet me. They just told me to sit down then she proceeded to walk all pass me! Didn’t tell me anything. Just had me sitting for nothing!!
And didn’t apologize! Just kept saying my nails was long that I wanted…but you agreed then turned me away completely ruining my bday! DONT RECOMMEND! Customer service POOR

My visit to V-Nails was unsatisfactory. During my pedicure my technician Linda skipped essential steps, rushed the service despite it being a slow day. My favorite part of my service was her 35mins Juicy conversation she spent on the phone on a personal call with her Daughter in law. I couldn’t even relax. My whole experience was compromised by this, the quality of the service left me dissatisfied. I have to find a new nail salon.
