Just plan awful. I hardly ever call but when you do they just pick up phone and put it down. Can’t even get my prescriptions transferred because they won’t answer for another pharmacy. Four people working and only one helping a line of just about a dozen people. Took them 15 minutes on one person. They can never find my filled prescriptions and the biggest issue is nothing is ever available. Then the fact one lady was eating food while at one of the counters. Can they do that? Pull the video footage and see for yourself.Edit. They just refused to transfer prescriptions to new pharmacy by myself and new pharmacy request which is illegal when needed now. They did send one out of five that I haven’t been using for half a year. All in spite.

The drive thru is horrible. You can't hear or understand the one staff member and she looks at you like you are at fault.

I understand that everyone is shorthanded and really busy in the medical field. However, if you have a prescription that is called in by your doctor and they are out of the medication it would only make sense to contact the customer and or the doctor. And they did not, so here I am Friday afternoon without my meds because of the way they have handled this situation. Then as I am talking to the pharmacist there is not even an apology. You can always tell who is there because they care and who is there for a paycheck. This pharmacist is here for a paycheck.

Slowest pharmacy in the city. If they don't have enough on the staff they should hire more people. Takes forever to get to the window and sometimes even like at the counter. People just walk by you and look even though you need help. It might not be their job but they could let you know that they acknowledge you.

I have been here a total of 3 times and will never be back. A 35 min wait in the drive thru is ridiculous!!!!

First of all the techs in the pharmacy comes up to counter and says Whats up not Hello i understand short staff but being inconsiderate when ppl come in and need there medication.The pharmacy has no compassion never picked up the phone after Tech i dont want to put names here out of respect .I had tech tell me they fill RX by whom has been waiting first but on the other hand Pharmacy says the RX is back ordered so which is it,I been on this same medication since 2002 from a fall.This pharmacy was just plain Nasty on 11/13/2023 but you have to be creful how you treat ppl never know in these days and times how things can turn around. My history is far more than 10 yrs with Walgreens and this medication but anywho something needs to be done with the staff here,If you dont like your job then find another.

My Dr did a prior authorization months ago, I’ve been getting my meds since and I was just told they needed a prior authorization, wouldn’t take good rx or just let me pay for the medication that I need. This place sucks and is going to make me end up in a mental place refusing my medication. I was told someone at Walgreens didn’t do their job putting the prior authorization in so I have to stuffer for incompetent people!

Apparently the pharmacy department has employees that are inapt in providing service to people. I do not mind long wait times. I quite understand the store is positioned close to the hospital and therefore are more than likely extremely busy. However, the person that is servicing the public needs to learn how to provide customer service. It is okay to answer your customers questions and say thank you when your customer spends their hard earned money at their establishment. Once asked how long will the prescription take to be filled a better response could be given rather than stating you will receive a text. Another example, when picking up the prescription she just took the money and left. Did not ask if there was any questions or no thank you. Another thing is do not put my credit card in the bag. If I give it to you by hand than I expect it to be given to me by hand. Maybe they should consider the fact the reason why their bills gets paid is because we choose to spend our money at that facility. Needless to say, out of all the Walgreens I have ever visited I felt the cashier in the pharmacy is an inadequate candidate for the customer service field they applied to take. Do better Walgreens.

The employees at the front of the store are usually very friendly and courteous; but the pharmacy...not so much. It seems like misinformation and lack of communication. I have been AT the drive-thru window as long as 15 minutes to drop off a prescription. Just Today I called ahead to make sure my preseason ready. The automated system said it was ready. When I got there, they couldn't find it and said I had picked it up yesterday, which was not true. I've been sick for almost 2 weeks and unable to go anywhere! Even the pharmacist could not explain what happened to my medicine ( a pain med, controlled substance. Now I have to wait for who knows how long! I thought you needed an ID to pick up this particular pain medicine! I will not recommend Walgreens to anyone.

Urgent care sent in 3 prescriptions at 12:30 today I went over when I got out of urgent care and the counter person told me they would be ready around 6:00pm they would send me a text message when they were ready I called at 8 to check and they still weren't processed. Here it is 10:00pm and I still haven't received a text. This is not good.

This Walgreens have great people, but it is definitely understaffed. You can see the long lines at the Pharmacy and the Counter area. Some of the shelves are partially empty.

Worst pharmacy on planet earth. I swear to god if this is the only place I could use I would just die off. Absolutely terrible in every way. Walgreens corporate should shut this place down until it gets fixed. Supposedly the pharmacy opens at 9am. It’s 935am about 20 people in line and the pharmacy is closed and locked and nobody is here to work. The quality of customer care and management here is disgusting.

Completely understaffed. I don’t blame the employees for being so short with the customers, they’re clearly not treated well by the store or its visitors, but at the same time I waited behind 9 people just to be told they didn’t have my photos after I received an email that they were ready. Kind of frustrating.
