I got the last prescription I will ever get at this pharmacy. I changed to another pharmacy. Walgreens is super slow, then doesn't have it ready.

Do slow have an appointment for a shot and takes them an hour and don't honor your insurance and charge you $80... Don't waste ur time or money...

I understand that everyone is shorthanded and really busy in the medical field. However, if you have a prescription that is called in by your doctor and they are out of the medication it would only make sense to contact the customer and or the doctor. And they did not, so here I am Friday afternoon without my meds because of the way they have handled this situation. Then as I am talking to the pharmacist there is not even an apology. You can always tell who is there because they care and who is there for a paycheck. This pharmacist is here for a paycheck.

Walgreens needs to hire more people, especially in the pharmacy. One person has to do the work of 3 people. It's not good but the people are always friendly.

First of all the techs in the pharmacy comes up to counter and says Whats up not Hello i understand short staff but being inconsiderate when ppl come in and need there medication.The pharmacy has no compassion never picked up the phone after Tech i dont want to put names here out of respect .I had tech tell me they fill RX by whom has been waiting first but on the other hand Pharmacy says the RX is back ordered so which is it,I been on this same medication since 2002 from a fall.This pharmacy was just plain Nasty on 11/13/2023 but you have to be creful how you treat ppl never know in these days and times how things can turn around. My history is far more than 10 yrs with Walgreens and this medication but anywho something needs to be done with the staff here,If you dont like your job then find another.

I walked in without an appointment and was able to have passport photos done and returned within 15 mins.

Incredibly disappointed with the pharmacy. The tech did not know how to run our insurance and when my wife got mad because we have valid insurance and left they deleted the prescription. Now we have no way of getting my daughters medicine that was sent their from the urgent care. Do not do business here. Never have I heard of such a thing.

First if I could give a negative rating I would. I made an appointment to get a rapid Covid test for 1:00 on Saturday 11/6. I waited in line 1/2 hour and when I got to the window they said they were closing for lunch. I asked why make an appointment if you're going to be closed and they said I needed to come back at 2:15. I came back, after killing 45 minutes, and then waited another 40 minutes before coming to the window. The employees didn't even acknowledge my confirmation code I held up to the window as instructed in the email and on the window of the pharmacy. They asked my what I was picking up. Gahhh then when I said I was there to be tested they were kind of snotty and short with me. They told me it would be 24-48 hours before my results, this was supposed to be rapid results. I wasn't going to ask them about that because they showed me they didn't want to really communicate with me. I just think you need to know your associates weren't kind. Next time I'll try CVS.

Came here to get my Covid shot. Made an online appointment and filled out the required form, which was submitted to their database so that I could forego filling it out manually when I got there. I arrive and I tell the lady in the pharmacy I have a 5:15 appointment. She hands me a form. Me- "I filled this out online." Her- "You filled this out?" Me- "Yeah, it said that it submitted it to your database so that I wouldn't have to do it here." Her- "I have no idea. She'll have to look it up." I took one glance at the prescription line running to the middle of the store and just said "I'll just fill it out again." It took an hour for one shot. The customer service and pace of the employees is utter crap. Avoid this place.

Made an appointment for the Covid vaccine and waited 1 and 1/2 hours. Second dose I asked how long the wait was and was told an hour. Why even make appointments??? Ridiculous!!!! Never again Walgreens!

Possibly the worst pharmacy on the face of the Earth. If I could give them negative stars I would. As another reviewer said, it took Moderna and Pfizer less time to develop the covid vaccine that it does for these people to fill a simple prescription order. Nonexistant customer service. Do not go here if you want to get your prescription filled prescription filled in an even remotely timely way. Horrible.

Awful customer service by pharmacist. Appointments? It's like a Seinfeld episode. Why sign up for appointments if they are taking walk-ins over the appointments, and running two hours behind? Management needs to step in, please.

I have had the absolute worse experience. With this pharmacy. My uncle is out of his diabetes medicine and I've been on the phone off and on for 4 hrs trying to get it transfered from Humana to them. It's been crazy and I'm still waiting. Every time I'd call I'd be told to hold on and then explain everything all over again to the next person who answered the phone. I'd stay on hold 30+ min Everytime thinking that they may have forgotten me. It's been nuts!!! Do not us them. Well hen they finally got on the phone I was put on hold...AGAIN!! SO FRUSTRATING
