I called the pharmacy 1/11/23 to transfer my prescriptions since my new insurance doesn’t cover Walmart pharmacy. The women I spoke with replied give it 24-48hrs . I arrive today 1-15-23 and the evening pharmacy tech said there’s no info with my info . What ! I’m totally pissed because I called the right pharmacy and told the pharmacy tech that day it’s the Walmart directly behind them . This is unacceptable. My medication is very important and I called in a timely manner. Management please fix this. Update 5-9-2024 drive thru employee morning hours , usually will say thank you have a nice day . She just looks at a dumb found . Caucasian female not american .

The pharmacy staff is rude. They will delete your prescriptions before you have time to pick up. They don’t sound like they like their jobs because they have no customer service skills. They act mean and unprofessional which makes me wonder if the prescriptions are correct.

The fat male manager and the skinny thin faced black cashier are some lazy bums. Very unprofessional and won’t even speak. Neither of them wanted to help and it’s was like 6-7 people in line. Why come to work if you don’t want to work? It probably won’t do any good but I will be contacting corporate after all the negative reviews I just read.

Went into Walgreens at 8pm and the lady at the register already look like she had a problem so I ask can I reload my card and she like how much I said 500 cause I know that’s the max oh we can’t do reload with that much so I ask well how much can I do she says oh I’m not going to do reload cause it’s almost 9pm and I counted my till down mind u it’s 8pm so how it’s almost 9 what if I wanted to pay cash for an item you will refuse because your till people just lazy and rude I work customer service you have to love people if not stay out this industry

The mini clinic I wouldn’t refer anyone the nurse the help was rude the other lady act like she was ready to go and get us out act like they couldn’t look up information never coming back

PLEASE do not go to this store ! Everyone is rude and does not want todo their job. Especially in the pharmacy, them ladies do not know how to fill a prescription, & that lil lightskin with the slick pony tail needa work on her attitude cause you not all that hun.

I came in for an appointment I made for a flu shot. The whole process was pretty quick and easy. When I got my receipt and the paper to clarify that I had received my flu shot, my first and middle name was wrong. I went to get it changed, my first name was changed, however the middle name was still wrong. I didn’t even bother going back because of being in a rush. The staff should really clarify these things beforehand.

I hate this store if my insurance would let me go somewhere else I would. Wait in the drive thru 30 minutes. You people need to stop doing pharmacy and let real pharmacies take over.

This review is for the Pharmacy only at the Salem Rd Walgreens! I recently went there for a prescription. To make a long story short, the text to alert me that my Rx was ready for pickup never came, and they gave me critical medication that had expired three months prior! This is unacceptable!

If I could give them less than a 1 star I would. My husband just had surgery and family is having to go pick up his meds as he can't be left alone. I called to confirm if the prescription was ready and sat on hold for over 30 minutes. The phone rings and someone picks up and automatically hangs up. I call back and sit on hold for another 23 minutes just for the same thing to happen. I then call and speak to the manager there to see if he can help as this prescription needs to be picked up ASAP. The manger says there's nothing he can do other than transfer me to their line. (So wait again just to be hung up on). I understand businesses are short staffed but there is absolutely no reason for you to hang up on someone before even speaking to them. This is not me calling about a hamburger this is a business that literally could be life and death for people with certain medications.

This Walgreens pharmacy is the worst pharmacy. The staff is so rude with nasty attitudes. Even when you call on the phone they either pick up the phone with an attitude or they don’t pick up the phone at all leaving you on hold for a long time. Do not use their pharmacy
