Each time Denise is working.....don't look for a smile, willing hand or kindness. I'm quiet and reserved. But she's nasty for no reason. She would smile at her coworkers but not at ONE customer. Several times I had to wait longer to get assistance because she would be focused on socializing and not just me other customers as well.
I don't want anyone's bills to be affected but Walmart, she needs a few more classes. Many of us don't feel the "love". I deliver for Spark when I need to so I am in and out of the store maybe 10-12x per day. It's not me.
Everyone is nice at Walmart and Publix on Salem Road, 30016.

Horrible customer service from the front service counter. Rude and unhelpful employees. Called to complain to the manager but the phone just rings and rings with no answer. Horrible store

shopping on the walmart app. it had been 35 minutes & we still hadn’t received our things. had to go knock on the door & was told to give them 5 minutes. we got our things then. but management doesn’t answer the phone.

This store does really well keeping stocked up and has amazing employees that will not only tell you where to find something but stop what they're doing and take you to find it! I've also not had but a couple of issues when I ordered pickup and they were quick to fix it when I did! Love this store!

Employees are rude, nor care. The services here are horrid. prime shopping days they have 2 lanes open. NOW they have closed down a self check out lane for uber drivers. So us that come in like an adult has almost 30 to 40 minute wait times to check out.

These were the only ones we saw. Even if these were running, you still do not have enough. Walmart, DO BETTER!!!
