The main problem that I have with this Walmart (and every other Walmart) is the lack of cashiers at checkout. If they are going to make us work, we should get an employee discount.

The customer service here is HORRIBLE. I called from 9am to 4pm to order a cake for my daughter's birthday stayed on hold twice over 10 minutes first time to be hung up on second for the phone to just keep ringing. They are so unprofessional it's sickening.

They are always out of products. I have gotten to where I try to find another location to shop. Don't know who their merchandise manager is but they need to hire one who can do a better job.

Exceptional experience yesterday at Walmart. It's not often that I shop at Walmart. I came in to try to replace my frame at the Vision center. Lee advised me over the phone that he had to inspect the glasses to see if he could replace the frame on the same day. I arrived 30 mins. before closing. My expectations were low to complete the task. Lee provided me with excellent customer service. He had me in and out in no time. We did some additional shopping. Shea was our cashier. We had a number of items. Shea was patient, friendly, & helpful!

Came in 30 mins before they closed to get a ps5 with a dual sense edge controller and managers told me to come back because they couldn’t get me the PS5 saying they don’t have access to the keys to open where they keep the PS5 + Controllers in display. Ridiculous

Over 2 hour wait to pickup my order, I could have went inside, picked out and checkout on self check out and get out faster than waiting! 10 lin on phone with walmart care to redund was faster

Their food prices have gone beyond skyrocketing. A regular bag of chips for $4.38? Ridiculous! I went to a local chain and they were $1.50-$2.00 less, same brand! I just walked around falling at the rest of the prices. Some things are double from last year. This is gauging not just inflation!

This location is BY FAR, the best operated store in the Conyers and Covington area. It is always clean, the employees are friendly and the shelves stay well stocked. Also, the pick-up portion is the best around! The management at this location is clearly top-notch.

Unorganized, unprofessional, does not take their jobs serious. When everyone has moved on to Target and they find themselves at the unemployment office, they are going to wish they had made sure they did things right. I normally shop at Target but they were out of a certain item that I needed for my infant. This is the ONLY reason I went back to this place but NEVER again. I’ll check Publix, Kroger, etc before I ever go back here. If I could give zero stars, it would be more fitting! I’ve never seen a store that doesn’t deliver your orders, then when you call, they don’t even know where it is or any information about the delivery! The manager was very rude and stated she didn’t care about her job because she’s in law school! Lol so that pretty much goes to show they don’t care to be there! She also hung up after telling me what I needed to do, not suggesting. I guess they forget where their paychecks come from, the customers! Not saying that every customer is right but a true professional, business minded person knows how to deescalate the situation or solve the problem and if you can’t meet that customer’s needs, at least supply them with higher up information. You don’t state that you don’t know who the manager is when they ask for someone else.If you’re reading this review, Save yourself the headache, inconvenience, the insubordination and do not shop here. This is a honest review and I have shopped at Walmart for my family and I for 17years. They have lost a long time customer. Best of luck because they will need it!
