Do not use this Gym they are horrendous to deal with and will give out all your details to 3rd parties like ABC Billing who will constantly call you,leave messages and treats of messing with your credit score and They are Totally in the wrongI signed up before Christmas 2023 and paid $100 cash that night, I used the gym 2 nights in a row and had to move to Alabama for work for a few wks and I never used it again, I called the gym to cancel and they wanted me to come into gym to cancel when it can easily be done on the phone, The guy agreed to cancel my membership and I thought that was the end of the matter, Now I have collection agencies calling constantly and leaving voice mails saying I owe $158.00 and I need to pay up asap or it will go against my credit rating, I have the better business bureau looking into this matter, This Gym is a scam I've had to change my bank details also, 0 Stars out of 5 they are the worst.

Disappointed : 1. The door ifrequently jams. 2. Some equipment need updatng/repairing out of use sign for months, another torn fabric for years. 3. They took away the disposable wipes for cleaning , the other system is ineffective.

Getting frustrated with this location now! Last 3 Sundays get up early to go hit leg day and the door doesn’t work!!! They are advertised 24hrs so makes no sense. They lost a member this morning smh

Several workout exercise machines are worn out, to the point they have holes in them. I have notified the owner several times and it still hasn’t been replaced and it’s been close to one year. This is the problem I have supporting black owned businesses. They want your business but don’t want to do the work to keep your business. This is a reflection of the owner. If you visit this workout Anytime on Brown Bridge Road in Covington, you will be very dissatisfied.Please view pictures of the worn out equipment on the gyms website page.They are disgusting!!!!

I really like this gym. Staff is nice.when I first started a year ago. For the past 3 wks it has go down hill. No music have the time no sanitizer wipes, sometimes you gotta pull it threw cuz no one did it B4 leaving. No tissue in girls bathroom 2ice .and my husband thought it was mth to mth and we can cancel anytime. Yeah when u pay the bill.i had to change my stars. It's sad cuz I was enjoying it close to my house but I'm going have to change if they don't. ?

I theory this is a good gym. But it's extremely cluttered. They have a big problem with people not re racking their weights and not putting equipment back. Sometimes the card reader doesn't work in the morning to get in. They need to expand to fit what they have in here equipment wise and enforce putting equipment back and re racking weights.

I am loving this place. I do have a personal trainer, and he is superb. Nice, clean, and they keep it clean. You wipe down the equipment before and after you use it, also.

BEWARE OF CANCELLATION POLICY. They won't cancel your membership until your account is completely paid off. This company's policy is to continually charge you until they are ready to cancel you. Tried to stop my bill from accumulating after being 3 months behind. They REFUSED to cancel. I asked them when do they cancel after someone has not paid. I could not get a definite answer. So, it's when they get ready. This policy does not seem ethical.
