Was my first time here and was greeted with great hospitality! And my car came out looking brand new.
A huge shoutout to Luke, who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and took the extra time to pre-scrub some stubborn spots on my grill before I headed into the tunnel. It’s rare to see that kind of attention to detail and genuine customer service these days.
Overall, A great experience!

Worst car wash ever. Didn’t do any prewash with the brush like everyone else. Some of the rotating brushes inside the car wash didn’t work, soap was left all over my car, back tailgate and window were still filthy! I had to complain and have an attendant come over to see how crappy it was. They had me come back thru and did all of the prewash that I paid for the first time! When you pay for the most expensive wash, you expect it to be top notch and this was far from it!

This place has really gone down hill. I used to come here when they opened and it was great. Recently stopped by, I didn't know Zips had bought them . It's a dump now , one person when you come in that hardly sprays something on the window and wheels from one side only. Almost none of the vacuums have hoses on them , the one's that do hardly work at all. I asked the person to turn off tire shine , was told they can't do that , I don't know why the people that used to own it knew how. I will say they had plenty of towels and spray cleaner but that's as good as it gets. I won't be back.

Hello .. I’m a long time Customer here since the place opened and there’s been many issues.. I pulled in on 11/4/25 and was absolutely blown away by the customer service . The new manager Mr. Ashley greeted me and let me know if there is any issues let him know, I told him about previous experiences and he walked all the way down the tunnel with my car , by hand applied tire shine .. Before it was like anyone cared.. I wanted to tip him he refused.. As a business owner this was the type of experience I’d want my company to provide.. Will be back Saturday!

Don’t go. It’s a waste of time. I had to finish the wash at home, the machines never worked. I when true the tunnel 2 times and never worked

Went through twice and the machines either partially worked or didn’t work at all. Go somewhere else. Not worth the headache of a car wash not working???????????? It’s soap and water.

Terrible car wash paid for the top wash and it wouldn't even clean my truck. Still had dirt on my running boards and hay in the bed of my truck. They had a pressure washer wand at the start of the wash and the guy wouldn't even use it to spray out the bed of my truck. I had to sweep the bed out my self and then go through the wash again and it still didn't clean it. If i would have know I would have had to clean it myself I would have just gone to a self serve and saved myself money. Not worth the money.
