Renting a unit from Arnoldsville Storage was a very easy experience to start and to close. The office manager was very kind and helpful. Our household items were safe and in good condition when we moved them out.

Been using this place for quite some time now. Never had an issue. The office is always nice when I’ve had to call them. My main concern is the gate is never closed anymore at the arnoldsville lot. I live just down the road and it’s open all day long and all night long. Mentioned it to the office a month ago and they say they had no idea it was open and would pass it along. Still wide open.

The only problems I have had is making a payment in the Crawford office and having to wait because the computer monitor was blacking out. Kim at the Crawford/Arnoldsville location has helped me out on numerous occasions in the past with old gate issues, etc. & is a credit to the business. Kudos to Kim! You Rock!!!
