I spoke with Alex a few days ago about getting renters insurance.He was such a tremendous help!
He was very kind and very patient with me being that this was my first time needing renters insurance so I had a lot of questions.Alex answered all of them for me and I got everything I needed taken care of !
Even when I had to call back to add on some things, he got it done expeditiously..! And I really do appreciate that..GREAT JOB ALEX‼️

Alex was a great help when I called in. Payed my bill then a couple days later got a voicemail saying my policy was canceled due to non payment. First person I talked to was no help, panic and told me they had to talk to someone then I’d get a call back. Hour went by and nothing. Called back and got Alex this time and he had everything figured out for me within minutes

My Name Princess I Had An Issue Where My Car Started Acting Crazy On The Expressway Around 12pm And It Cause Me To Stopped Me And My Baby Almost Got Hit Eventually Made It To The Side I Called My Insurance Talked To 3 People Didn’t Get The Help Called Again Talk To Alex He Message The Guy Who Set Me Up For My Insurance Waited Some Time Called Back Two More Times And That Last Time I Ended Up Speaking To Alex Again And He Went Wayyyyy Beyond To Help Me After Talking To 7 People He Was The Only One To Solve the Problem He Contact His Boss His Boss Contacted His Boss Then Next Thing You Know I Get A Call From The Guy Who Set Up My Insurance I Really Appreciate Alex He Deserves A Raise And Plus More Cause I’m A S Satisfied Customer With The Help He Gave Perfect

I spoke with Ashley and she was very kind and helpful today, unlike my previous experience with Nita at the Lithia springs location.
