This is a great place being closer to my residence than the big box stores has all the little Hardware things that I need they had the hard to find screws bolts cam screws

Great experience. I walked in and was assisted immediately. I wanted to buy a Blackstone Griddle and within 10 minutes it was paid for and loaded in my suv. Nice and easy.

This feels like an old timey, family owned hardware store. Employees are helpful and nice, shelves are well stocked, prices are competitive with home depot. While it's quick and easy to shop, you might enjoy browsing while enjoying a free bag of freshly made popcorn.

Ok I love ace but this canton hwy location has continually let me down over the past months. It is continually staffed by about a half dozen unsupervised 16 year olds who are utterly apathetic. Bought two bails of pine straw and despite the plethora of teens working I was left to navigate these steps that look like something out of an Indians jones movie since they couldn’t be bothered to help. I think the same owners here own the one in midway which is a much better store. Come on management. Get this store together. I’d much rather shop here but it’s gotten so bad. Also teach these kids how to use the popcorn machine.

Place was busy, not very up to date with placement, product pricing was high compared to other stores, and my item didn't ring up as price on shelf. We had to get another employee, go back to shelf, and look for price. Ended up having to get a different product but it was what I needed at price I originally thought. Ran mostly by teenagers so my guess is family operation employing grandkids & friends!
