I was super impressed by the helpfulness of the employees at the store. I can’t remember his name, but the young man took it upon himself to find the right size of bolt for the broken front panel of my car, which was rubbing against the road. he went back-and-forth a couple of times to the car from the store and install it himself. Now that is excellent customer service. ?

So I went in to buy rotors for my car. The salesman gave me the wrong rotors. I gave him all the information of my make and model. Honest mistake on his part. So I go back a few days later to swap them out for the correct rotors. Well the manager Jeff was very rude and arrogant. He also tried charging me 26$ more for the rotors I need which were cheaper than the ones they gave me. He doesn't need to be a manager. He's not good in customer service. Really he doesn't need to interact with customers at all. I will no longer be using advanced auto in dawsonville. I've now wasted 3 hours of driving and time,gas to get the correct rotors from advanced.

My car really need a thing to fix it . It is about to be broken . It only take 1 minute for me to buy just a thing . They didn't want to sell it for me . I walked in at 8:59. They said i walked in at 9pm we close at 9pm . The employees in there didn't even want to stand up to take care their customers. So so disappointed. I would love to give this -infinity star if i could. I dont know how the store manager being trained. All of them need to be re-training how to do business

A little disappointed. My father went to pick up new head light bulbs for me while I was a work and got up sold on a set that were not even the right size for me truck. I had to make a separate trip to buy the right kind. Thankfully Sham S. was very helpful and was able to locate the right ones for me that were $30 less than the kind that were sold to my father. I understand that mistakes happen but that is significant difference for bulbs and having to drive after work added to the inconvenience.

I had the nicest surprise this morning. My remote car key battery was dead and I was so afraid my car would not start later on, so I went to this location in Suwanee. They have replaced my battery for free and wished me Merry Christmas. I never had a better customer service. Ever. Thank you, thank you very much!
