The staff here is SO kind. The receptionists and the techs are welcoming and go out of their way to accommodate me every time I come in. Thank you ladies for everything you do!! Plus Taylor is the BEST!

Didn’t have one good experience but I did enjoy going to this location. Dynell is the best. She’s a good vibe! I spoke to Nicole the manager who definitely made up for the incident. Changed my novel of a review to say it was much appreciated.

Does not process cancellations. I filed for cancellation of my membership in May and have been charged every month since, despite filling out the cancellation form and calling multiple times. There are many better services in the area.

The only reason I gave one star is because the stylist was good. The customer service here is God AWFUL. Watch your credit card carefully because they absolutely will try to over charge you and play like Steve Urkle "oops! did I do that?!" I blame myself because had I checked the reviews BEFORE I fell for their ad offer that they tried to do a bait & switch on, I wouldn't have gone there in the 1st place. They got me once but I promise it won't happen again.

I have been seeing Sarah for some time now. She is a master stylist and does AMAZING work. I do the hybrid/volume followed by the style gorgeous!! I love getting my lashes done by this girl and at this studio. 10/10!!

Let me first say that Allison (master stylist) is amazing. However, the actual business and front desk staff is a disaster. Not once did I book an appointment online and not have an issue with my appointment. They WILL try to upcharge you and they WILL push for the membership. I only ever did classics and never did the membership. Additionally, after 2 weeks you can no longer get refills. You have to get a full set which is crazy to me. I don’t like being totally full. I like a more natural look so I prefer monthly fill ins but they don’t allow that. I no longer go. Which istoo bad because Allison is really good and I like supporting her.

Thank you to Nicole who did my lift and tint today! She did a wonderful job and was very patient with me as a first timer. I love the look and will be back. Everyone in the studio was welcoming and kind. It was a lovely experience overall.

I have been a member of Amazing Lash Studio for over 5 years. I became a member when there were only two locations in the Atlanta area, now they're everywhere! I've been going to this location for about 2 years, due to moving to this area. It has been great to see the franchise grow positive in some areas and not so great in others.This review is stemming from frustration due to excessive charges on my account in these last few weeks. It so happens that this location has found reasons to charge me close to 200 dollars, aside from my monthly membership fee. 200 dollars is an absurdly high amount!! ESPECIALLY WHEN I HAVEN'T BEEN IN FOR ANY SERVICES IN A FEW WEEKS. I called to ask where the majority of these charges were coming from. The front desk lady said she didn't understand and would reach out to her manager then call me back. Fast forward to the callback where she explains what her manager responded. As I was completely unsatisfied with the explanation, I asked to speak to the manager. Front desk lady tells me that not only is she not available, but there's no number I can reach her at- even though the manager was relaying messages through the front desk girl. She says the manager is busy managing different stores, blah blah blah. So the manager is too busy to manage issues at 1 location because she's busy managing 2 locations. If this were the case, the manager should resolve this quickly so that it doesn't take too much time away from all the other tasks on the manager to do list. At least schedule an appointment so that members feel heard, nope wouldn't even take a call.An important detail to add is that in these recent weeks I have not made an appointment because I'm giving my lashes a break - this is a time in which I should see ZERO charges coming from store 0419 (just monthly membership fees). Zero charges since I haven't even called to make an appointment in a while, that's a pretty simple thing. If they do find a reason to charge me, the polite thing to do would be to provide a phone call or a decent explanation. Please call your members before making any unexpected charges to the account, out of courtesy; it's the least you can do. But also, it's absolutely petty to not provide a refund for these extra charges 5 years of membership? The answer is simple, we all know how expensive these services are.Poor service and management is driving this place to the ground and it's truly making the whole franchise look bad. It's extremely disheartening to see a good thing go bad. (The red flags actually began with the high turnover rate this establishment has with stylists. If there's a low retention rate for stylists, that's a pretty good indicator for NOT GOOD... but this is off topic.)This went from a business I enjoyed and felt good about to one that I highly mistrust. The time spent going there feels wasted. I also believe this entire location is poorly run; in addition, I believe it's harboring a toxic environment. These toxic energies from the top down are affecting regular customers. When you give anyone your business for as long as I have, and come in for the same service each time, one hopes to have developed a good relationship with an establishment. These are perks of being a regular, perks that only come from good customer service. Do not expect any of that from this location.It's been such a heartache and headache seeing these charges build in less than 1 month, and no one is willing to lift a finger for a loyal customer. Word of advice to new members, do not leave your card on file - they will overcharge you and hope you don't notice so they can get away with it.I'm hoping this review can be used to improve care provided to each member. i loved my experience here , from beginning to end I've been here for lashes for special events that I've been to and they've always come out great very consistent and the front desk girls are always so welcoming ! will be back
