Had a really poor customer experience on 10-10-2025. I got a full set and a classic pedicure. Service was extremely slow despite the salon not being crowded, and they bounced me around multiple people. The guy who did my pedicure was rough and he also couldnt understand me when I was telling him that the water was way too hot. I asked for it to be adjusted but he kept adding more scalding hot water. Once it was time to polish my fingernails the woman kept stopping throughout my service to tend to other customers and to work the cash register. Their energy towards me was just cold and weird. I was in there for almost 3 hours, it took forever. I needed to use the restroom before leaving but one of the employees was in there for a really long time. I waited for her to come out because I needed to relieve myself before leaving. When she finally came out almost 15min later, she was super awkward and basically walked right into me without saying excuse me. It was really the most bizarre nail salon experience that Ive had probably ever. Then I noticed after the charge cleared on my debit card, the final amount that posted is higher than what I paid in the store. They added on gratuity without my consent or signature for it. I disputed the charge with my credit union and reported them. Will never be back.

I absolutely love my nails! The service was amazing professional, and friendly. The nail artist Amy ♥️paid great attention to detail and made sure I was happy with the shape and color. My nails have never looked better! I’ve received so many compliments Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for beautiful and long-lasting nails!
