Dishonest business, played bait and switch with my phone and lied about a exchange credit just to get a upgrade sale when they were called on it they refused to give their names and owner has refused to correct this. He was present during the original transaction. Be ware find another location. i called back to ask for escalation to correct the mess up they did and was refused this i am told is a AT&T policy for all private owned stores, what are these dishonest people hiding. store manager Alec made a charge on my CC without my permission when i found out i called and the store refused to reverse i am waiting for this to post to file Fraud and also criminal for cc fraud. FOLLOW UP : what was done ,AT&T confirmed the wrong doing by this private owned store, made it right, but you may want to go to a Corporate Store to insure you do not get hustled, and dishonest practices from stores like this one

I recently visited the AT&T store and had the pleasure of working with Brandon. From start to finish, he provided exceptional customer service—friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. Brandon took the time to explain all my options clearly and made sure I understood every detail before making a decision.
He went above and beyond to ensure I left completely satisfied with my new device and plan. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with genuine care for the customer, but Brandon truly delivers both.

Ordered my new iPhone online and had many issues with the online ordering. We then went to a store off marketplace Boulevard, trying to get help and the people there had no idea what they were talking about nor helped us with any information to better understand what the problem was. We then went to the store on Steeplechase Boulevard and talked to Adamari, Who was very helpful and explained what the issue was and how to fix it and helped us fix it. We are very appreciative of her knowledge and professionalism. She deserves a raise!
