Worst customer service from person in charge, he had bad actitud in voice and face expression, very offensive language to customer. Not even 1 star.

Go to another store. The staff in this store will mislead you to gain your business. I have submitted a complaint on this store to corporate.
I signed up in October 2024 and was given misinformation. I was promised a promo to change service and will never receive it although Brad (the guy that signed me up) told me I would get a 6-month promo back in October 2024.
Jasmine (I guess she’s a middle manager) told me she would help, forgot who I was days later, then told me she couldn’t help. She told me she would have Rimaine (I guess he’s the store manager) call me to help. He never did. I called back several times and was told he would call me. I’ve still yet to receive a call. Then Jim, who seems like he has zero cares in the world and zero desire to contribute to anything, told me to switch to Xfinity and that it wouldn’t bother him a bit nor does he control Rimaine. And Genesis, another lady in the store was upset that I got frustrated on the phone after I’ve spent weeks trying to resolve this situation. She sounds like a snowflake and told me Jasmine takes 1.5-2 hour lunch breaks so she wasn’t available to speak to.
Anyways, the main ATT corporate was able to help me and will investigate this store given all the misinformation spread and lack of competence by all employees and managers.
I would recommend going elsewhere if you want honest business by people that aren’t just collecting paychecks.

I’ve come to this location for about 10 years and usually got decent help, recently I came in because I was having issues with my new cellular plan after switching 5 lines and buying a new mobile phone. I had come into the store 2 times for this particular issue. A manager (Jasmine) ended up helping and explaining some of the issues but aside from her no one was interested in helping, explaining, or correcting anything. They just wanted to pass the issue on to someone else or some other department. If anyone at this store had a thought it would die of loneliness. Absolutely useless.

This store is the reason we left AT&T. Stopped in during the middle of the week to try to resolve a voicemail issue that their online support couldn't fix. After waiting a while to be helped, (not a big deal, they were busy), the employee came up to ask what we needed help with. Part way through my explanation she just walks away and heads to a table. Didn't ask us to follow, just left. After determining ourselves that she expected us to follow, we spend over an hour with them trying to figure out the issue with their store support team. Only to be told we'd need to call technical support while standing in the middle of the store. About 20 minutes into our support call, the person who was helping us left for the day without saying a word. No hand off to another employee and no checking on us. Another hour goes by during which not a single employee asked us how we were doing, even though by this time no other customers were left. Over two hours in this store with the worst customer service I've experienced with a national carrier. Fortunately that will no longer be a problem after switching carriers.

Not a great experience at all. Came in with very clear goal of opening account and buying a new phone. I wanted to transfer my old number to new account and get a new phone they told me no problem. They ended up adding two lines to my plan and attaching the phone to the extra number and not my original number. Now I'm stuck paying two phone bills or else id have to return the old phone to get a new one. One girl tried to be helpful which is why I'm not giving one star but these folks are more interested in sitting around chatting than actually figure out how to do the best job for customers. Would go somewhere else

As far as AT&T goes it’s a bit questionable…but what isn’t questionable is the service provided by both Tyler & Michael. They both will go above and beyond to help you get to your end goal whether it be new service switching from another carrier or trying to streamline your accounts. These two are my go to at this location and can’t stress it enough that you MUST request one of these two gentlemen. Both extremely experienced and well versed in all things and services AT&T. Questions about phones to both android and iPhone they will most likely have the answers to any questions or concerns. Also the fiber internet with them is a NO brainer if you are not using fiber. Please ask Tyler or Michael to see if it is available where you live because you are missing out big if you don’t have it already and if you do you already know.

Kevin did not print any quotes or receipts. Found out after we left that he upgraded the protection plan without letting us know (changed it from $14 to $17) and added a $10 feature without our knowledge. He did not want to process the plan change same day and instead told us to do it somewhere else. He said he didn’t have the phone in stock and ordered it to be shipped & didn’t acknowledge when I asked if we could pick it up somewhere else. I would not recommend his service.

Horrible customer service, no signal in my house and the pass me like a hot potatoe it’s a business line and i can’t work 34 month left this is ridiculous the worst of the worst. I had an emergency and no signal at home

I came in today to see deals for upgrading my phone and had an absolutely amazing experience. Kim helped right away, and walked me through all of the promotions and deals, and was very knowledgeable of everything being offered. She did a phenomenal job and made the experience perfect!

Although the store was almost completely empty we still had to put our information into the kiosk and then wait 15 minutes to be “greeted” and attended to. The person we sat down with was not friendly and didn’t seem to want to upgrade our phones. Nobody in the store seem interested in serving us. The person we sat down with informed us our phone would need to be mailed because they didn’t have it in the store. That is understandable however he didn’t offer to order it for us. He basically said to go order it on my own time to be delivered to my home.
Every AT&T store I visit has the same indifferent/apathetic attitude in their employees. We were ordering the most expensive new iPhones. Disappointed. I will never go back to this location again.
