I came into the store on Sunday morning because I broke my phone screen. I was told I didn't have insurance on my line but the other line on my account had it. So, I was told, I needed to pay off over $400 to pay off the remaining balance and then start a new payment plan for a new phone in store which I had to pay almost $100 in taxes on. I then found out from my account holder that I do have insurance and have had it for 4 years. I go back to the store, they tell me that I paid off a payment plan and they can't refund it. The "acting" manager told me there was nothing they could do. Only until I brought up that I would escalade this problem to either a General/Area/Territory manager did they actually attempt to do something. In the end, the refunded the taxes but told me that I would have to dispute the charge on my debit card. So now I have a charge on my card for over $400 that has 1-3 month waiting time to get approved to be refunded through dispute and I'm still paying the monthly plan. There was a refusal to let me speak to a manager on Sunday and when I call back the employees tell me they don't know the managers schedule for me to come in and talk to them. This is the most disorganized and poorly ran store I've seen in a long time. Zero accountability and zero willingness to help solve a problem that was caused by themselves. If any of the actual managers see this, reach out to me.

We came in to get my wife a new iPhone that she wanted in Midnight black. This was an anniversary present for her. So we didn't waste everybody's time, we asked if they had the black color. The manager Kareem(?) went to the back & came back and said they had it in stock, along with other colors, too. Great!After waiting almost 15 minutes to finally be served, we answered all the questions, and were finally told, "Ohhh we don't have it. We just have it in purple.."No one actually apologized for making us wait or for lying. They just started making up excuses. I had driven to the store because another store didn't have it either. This is why I can't stand AT&T. Worst customer service on the planet. Verizon is more expensive but it's worth it.

This store is so rude and not professional. Customer service is horrible..I will not visit that location again. I'm a retail manager and you all need to do something to change that place.

They don't carry any product it seems. They have to order everything, and to me that seems pointless. I can order whatever I want at home on my phone... I came into the store to play with display models and make a purchase. However they can't sell items if they don't have any....wish I could give more than 1 star. I love atat but the stores need to step up there game/inventory. I

I was trying to solve the billing issue. Agent T.K. behaved very unprofessionally and disrespectfully. I really hope that the store's management will make the appropriate conclusions.

The store associate was very helpful one more time to get my watch set up with the new iPhone. Overall had a good experience with the staff and the way I was treated.

Had a problem with our bill was told by customer service We had to come into the store to resolve the issues.We dealt with Brandon and he was very rude and unpleasant and unhelpful didn’t even want to hear our issue. I highly recommend dealing with someone else if you have to come into this store.

Entered the store, waited 5 min for the 4-5 people behind the register to acknowledge me. When I was asked to provide my name the person behind the desk must not have heard me due to him having an AirPod in and being on the phone with another person, so much for privacy if I had told him account information. Proceeded to be rude and chose not to work we me due to a misunderstanding (something not disclosed on a prior visit) proceeded to do nothing other than repeat him self and offer no great assistance. Huffed and puffed that he had to do his job and ultimately put a bad taste in my mouth for this store.If you are going to work at a customer service job, maybe be prepared to provide customer service or get another job.

i came in wanting to switch from T-Mobile to AT&T! i did not have the intention that everything i was wanting was happening that day. but with my Store Rep who helped me, she made everything so easy and simple and i got to upgrade to my dream phone, the plan that was best for me, and made sure all ties were cut from T-Mobile as much as she could! I could not be any more pleased with the service!

Not against this store(store person was friendly and helpful) but just AT&T the service of not getting a modem directly from the store sucks.

I had a warranty issue with my Samsung phone and was assisted by Gary Grimes. Gary went above and beyond to assist me through avenues available to him. He was attentive and pleasant throughout the ordeal. AT&T is lucky to have him.

So I call to discuss buying a phone and they did not have the phone I wanted in stock. I proceed to ask a question about another phone choice and the lady transfers me to customer service without saying a word about the other request. I guess she figures since they didn’t have them in stock I wasn’t worth the time. This is the second bad customer service experience with this location. I want bother again!!!!
