By far the best experience Ive had when visiting an AT&T store. They’re smaller than the one off Marketplace Blvd, but 100 times kinder and more interested in looking at you like a human and then helping you with your issues. Over the years the store on marketplace Boulevard has become worse in different ways. I hope little stores like this one stand a chance and get credit where credit’s due.
This store spoke to me instead of making me sign in on an iPad and wait even when the store was empty.
They talked to me and seemed to care about addressing the issues I had and needed help with.

Visited this business on 2 occasions to have a phone unlocked so I could add it to a straight talk plan and was informed I could not be helped. I do not recommend this particular store for anyone needing assistance if it doesn't involve att.

I wanted to swap my numbers from postpaid phone to preppaid I was having trouble talking to customer service on phone and when I came to this location Michael help me and with in couple minutes he transfer my phone numbers. He was very helpful.

Hayden was a shining ray of kindness. He displayed vast knowledge about troubleshooting old technology and recommendations for new technology that would meet our needs. He was very helpful and patient with making sure we got what we needed. He is a valuable employee and we were very grateful he was there to help us. 10/10 would recommend him.

I had an excellent experience working with Hayden at AT&T! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help me select the perfect phones for my needs. He took the time to explain all the features and options, making sure I understood everything before making my purchase. I ended up buying two phones, and Hayden made the entire process smooth and stress-free

Worst , rudest people in Cumming. Had a 3:30 appointment booked online. Drove 30 minutes to get there. There system wasn't working correctly. They said I didn't have an appointment. But I did. They said they put me in the line. And I had to wait 6 people in front of me who were walk ins. I went to Best Buy right down the road. Got 2 new phones and left in 30 minutes. I will never ever go back to this store again. Rude staff !

Michael is the best! I will send everyone to see him. He made a 5 week ridiculous struggle to get the right phone disappear in 15 minutes. Thank you and GOD bless you for being there willing to help. It is great meeting you and doing business here!!

My sister had REALLY been through it with her phone service! She gave 13 years of her 'phone life' to T- mobile and was REALLY hosed over the years. Her phone bills were ridiculous and only a handful of times, IF THAT, did customer service help at all. Hundreds and hundreds of dollars every month to be treated like crap. Today we went into AT&T on Brown's Bridge Road. I can't say enough wonderful things about Michael. Tonya left with a phone, tablet AND watch STILL paying less than t- mobile. Most importantly, my sister left with a huge smile on her face! Brown's was beyond patient, kind and helpful! People forget what customer service is because customers don't seem to mean much to companies anymore. Michael DOES care annoy his costumers! Guys, if your fed up with being invisible to your phone service big wigs, need a new phone or want to upgrade, go see Michael, you won't be disappointed! Thank you Michael!
