5* for multiple reasons. First- customer service is spectacular and the owner will spend all necessary time to ensure client satisfaction. Secondly, their knowledge and expertise is incredible. Lastly- priced fairly for the work. Highly recommend.

Mr Jim - Professionalism personified. 30+ years experience, Mercedes specialist - but down to earth professional. I'm glad I met him.
My Dash Cam was falling off, and BestBuy had its own process of appointment even for a 3 to 5 minutes job. And long waits for suitable slots. A Google search pointed Auto Accessories and glad that I went.
Mr Jim rushed and helped with setup in less than 5 minutes. Highly appreciate: no appointment, walk in, he is hands full with work, but just attended me.
I will visit again for any of my auto needs in the future.

These folks are nothing short of amazing. They installed car play in my 2012 Mercedes CL63. Then they diagnosed an electronic problem. I’ve been having with this car for over four years. I have taken this car to two Mercedes dealerships and Charlotte, North Carolina, one Mercedes dealership in Columbus, Ohio, and one dealership in Pennsylvania near Pittsburgh.. no one diagnose a problem and they did it less than 15 minutes. Freaking amazing.

Mr. Jim and his son are the mad scientist of any kinda subject when it comes to European rides! Hands down I've actually had work done on my whip from a popular aftermarket specialty shop in the city on Northside drive who has multiple locations. After having to take my benze to the Leplant's Autoccessories he ended having to redo work they did and now my whip is better than the work they did.

Extremely professional. I can't say enough about the quality of the work here. The installation was fast, the equipment is top of line and the backup camera looks like it was a factory install. I can't recommend this place enough! I am sending all my friends and family here. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Jim and his son do FANTASTIC work at a fair price. I used to go to a big name shop in Roswell, but not anymore. Jim’s shop is very clean and I’m extremely pleased with his meticulous, OCD installation process. I will be a repeat customer for life. Thank you Jim & Son!
