I just picked up a rental at this location and I wanted to stop what I was doing to acknowledge Nick and Will. These guy's were not just going through the motions as I was picking up my rental. Both walked extra miles to ensure that my business was really appreciated. It VERY rare to find this kind of customer service nowadays but both of them made it seem easy and I cannot express how grateful I am that it was them who serviced me. Based on them alone, I would recommend this location from now on.

The lack of effective communication stands out as the main issue here.After my car broke down, I arranged for a rental online for this specific location. My neighbor kindly offered to give me a ride to the AVIS location. While en route, I called ahead to inform them I was running 15 minutes late. To my surprise, they informed me that they couldn't accommodate one-way rentals, despite having plenty of cars in their lot. This situation was embarrassing in front of my neighbor and could have been avoided if they had notified me immediately after booking online.

They will not honor their rental commitment. I booked a car, they had another size and asked me for a rate difference despite it being their fault.

Very bad service, should be opened 24 hours either alternate way to drop the car after their office hours. I was supposed to drop the car and leave to somewhere on Saturday evening, no luck and forced to keep and pay more for nothing.

They didn't have the convertible I reserved. Which is still OK, but at least have the courtesy to notify me beforehand.

I've rented from here multiple times this year. The customer service is 10/10 every single time. The owner of this location is kind, and cares about his customers. Every employee I've interacted with has been friendly, competent, and goes above and beyond.

I had a reservation and they tried to give me a damaged car and lower grade car than what I reserved. And they have other cars which they don’t want to give. And I had to spend extra time to cancel my reservation and get a full refund.

Rented a car for the airport , and they sent a message that no cars are available , they did this once before as well. Pathetic customer service , think twice before booking

Got a terrible car , had many things wrong with it … said it was only unit he had … left with car, called Avis head quarters was told go to nearest Avis which I did … got another car with upgrade and 40 percent discount … I was told the unit I had should have never been rented…

The guy who helped was so nice. He swapped out a car i had gotten in New York that had bugs in it. They gave me a 3 row for a standard size in ny and he upgraded me to a larger suv since i had my whole family. Since the car i was trading was dirty and had bugs he insisted on cleaning the new car he was giving me. Had to wait a few minutes but i would wait any day for that type of service. All other Avis in area had no cars and he had a huge selection of suvs. People complain about them not getting their cars or that they have no cars available don’t understand how these places work. They constantly getting cars from airport and other places and they have to clean and re rent. Place is super clean and the guy who helped me was such a multitasker helping me and taking phone calls.

I had a reservation for 9AM.I arrived at 8:45 and waited with 2 other customers for an employee to arrive and open up.He strolls up right at 9- I’m confused about how can you honor 9AM reservations if you are unlocking the door right at 9?We stand in line patiently as he starts to set up for the day. Then someone else comes to drop off in as we are already waiting and when the employee is finally ready to work, he tells that guy he’ll help him first since he’s just dropping off. Problem is, it’s much more than an in-and-out transaction.I was on a tight schedule so I decided to go next door and rent a car from Enterprise. They just so happened to have three employees on hand, rather than just one, and they were able to get me into a rental car within five minutes.I will never do business with Avis again! It’s too much like a mom and pops shop.

We made this reservation 2 weeks in advance and drove 50 minutes out of the way to get here. When we arrived, we were told they didn’t have any cars. We were given no heads up. No advance notice. We were told “there were too many reservations.” I shouldn’t have to bear the burden of their poor planning. So now I’m stuck, with plans, without the vehicle I prepared for. It’s extremely frustrating and the manger had a very nonchalant attitude the entire time as if his lack of management was my problem. Avoid this place!!

I wish there was option to give "0" to this location. The highest unprofessionalism can be witnessed here. I had a one way booking to airport which was done one week before. On the day when I went to pickup the rental, the person incharge of the location says there is not car and he forgot to call me and notify. Its better they chnage the management here or take stern action against the manager here.*Highly Unprofessional*Zero customer service

Great staff, quantity and quality of vehicles, and fair prices as far as rental cars go. I've rented vehicles from this location 4 or 5 times and haven't had a single issue.
