I have often had issues with the vet here before (mainly with extremely rude desk worker), but the last visit was atrocious. My dogs had bloody diarrhea so I took them here. It was $400 for medicine for an unknown stomach virus. I told them one of my dogs would throw up from anxiety if he was separated from his brother. When I picked them up they prescribed me nausea medicine too because he threw up, just like I said would happen. The medicine did not work they got worse so I took them to a different vet. They had clogged anal glands. It was only $30 to unclog both of them. How can a vet be so neglectful and incompetent as to not check for clogged anal glands. It's the most common cause of diarrhea. I could have save my dogs a week of discomfort and $370. Don't go here.

I've been taking my pets here since 2002 and all I can say is wow. When you request someone from corporate to call you I feel if they really cared they would want to know what is going on with their hospitals. I brought Mushu to be seen obviously. Shortly after dropping him off I received a call asking how far away was I? Then was told that Mushu was in the sink since they were not able to get him back in the kennel. I told them I'm literally 2 mins away and by the time I got there. Tell me how there is water all over the counter, all over the floor. Mushu is hiding behind the trash can wet with finger marks where they tried grabbing him. Why tell me to come there then think it's ok to turn the water on with him in the sink. You could wait 2 mins for me to arrive to get him out! My cat doesn't Jump into water! How does he go from sitting in the sink to out of the sink and water being everywhere. I asked to see the video if they were recording and they told me corporate only has access to it. SO I reach out to corporate to Nothing! Then for the manager to tell me that Mushu jumped in the water that sometimes cats freak out. I know my cat! He's not going near the water far from it. Plus I was told he was sitting in the sink from the tech on the ph..... SO corporate doesn't care!!

I have been using this Banfield Pet Hospital for fifteen years, and they have always given me great customer service. My cats have always been well cared for, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I would give them a zero if I could. I would never recommend this banfield to anyone and I tell my story to anyone who listens. Last year our 11 year old Misty had a "bump" on her chest and was having trouble peeing. We brought her in under her " wellness plan" to be seen. They said she had a bladder infection and gave her abxs. After a month and not any better we brought her back. They did a set of X-rays and dxs her with kidney stones and gave her pain meds and more abxs. Another month and now she has blood in her urine. Another set of X-rays, still saying kidney stones just bigger now. We were not comfortable with this answer so we went to another vet who did an ultrasound and dxs our baby with bladder cancer. If it was dxs 3 months prior when we first saw banfield about it she could have had surgery and might have been given a chance. But at the time of the ultrasound the growths were blocking the urethra and to dangerous for surgery. She was given 1-3 months to live. I fully hold this banfield responsible for killing my Misty with their ineptitude! All they care about is teeth cleaning and if they can get you to sign up for the higher wellness program. This place is a scam! Don't take your puppers!!!

Do not go here. I've brought my oldest aussie for years no issue until the other day when I brought my 7 month of aussie to get spayed. Aussies are a hyper breed I understand. I was given nothing to keep her calm. She ripped her stitches a few days later. I called the hospital bc they told me to bring her in if there was bleeding or discharge. Called that day and they basically told me to figure it out and go elsewhere. I took her to town lake where I discovered that banfield never gave her any antibiotics for after her spay. I'm behind pissed off and have canceled both my dogs plans at banfield. If you care about your pets don't bring them here.

My pet was under the care of Banfield for her entire 14 years of life and I honestly didn’t have an issue with her care until the end. At the end of her life my dog declined quickly. We had an appointment on Friday, January 13th and the plan was to see if the medicine she was prescribed started to work. I was told they would follow up with me on Monday (1/16). My dog went into cardiac arrest the next day (1/14). When I called Banfield in a panic, I was told the schedule was full but they would try to squeeze us in sometime throughout the day. I told them it was an emergency and they suggested I find another hospital. My dog died before we made it to the closest hospital. Here is the most disappointing part, I never received that follow up call to check on my pet. It has been a week since she passed and Banfield still has not called to check on her. The pet hospital that we took her to was amazing and so compassionate. If we ever adopt again, they will be our vet.

Banfield has taken care of our dog her entire life, albeit in multiple locations. The monthly charge covers biannual exams and almost vaccines, as well as gives you discounts on all other procedures and drugs. A great way to avoid surprise charges.

Went in to get my food script renewed, young lady at desk *laquisha* had ear buds in and was intent on her phone for a full 2 minutes while I waited to be greeted. Once she realized I was there, she did assist but I noticed the ear buds were still in the entire time. I noticed they never came out even while she answered phones in opposite ear. I asked for help with food but she never heard me and I went in search of additional help. Not the type of folks I would want work at my own vet for sure.

They struggle from time to time and I have seen some turn over in folks. However every time I call needing to set an appointment or come in to get stuff for my crazy feline, Brandy always greets me with a smile and helps me with whatever I need.

the worst place I've ever visit. before they examined the cat they said diagnosis. after three weeks I called and said that there is no improvement of the condition and also when I wanted to talk to the Doctor they hold me on line for 20 minutes and said that she will call me in 20 minutes and then hung up, but she never called me back. I wrote several emails but no response to tell me what to do or make a new appointment.
