This ATM is always either broken or will work just long enough to take your cash. The people inside were not helpful at all. and now I’m having to stay on the phone for hours to file a claim to get my money back. Very unfortunate as I have had much better experiences with other Bank of America locations.

We can not give zero or half stars so one star it is. Yes, that bad. Waiting long times is one reason, worst greeting is another, no follow up whatsoever is last nail on the coffin.

Worst ever bank experience you can get is guaranteed. You wait at least an hour if it’s empty, if busy god knows how long.Response: Actually Viviana, I have the mobile app and I use atm when possible. However there are things that we HAVE to do in a bank. Receiving all these worst reviews and responding like all these people are frustrated because they have no idea about atm and mobile app tells a lot about your vision and policies.

Called the location to see if they can help with a transaction and the response was very dissatisfying. Hope they get better employees who can value customer service.

Tried to do a last minute wire transfer for a home purchase and the manager there has no care and just told me to make an appointment and come the next day. I believe they could have done better.

Made us wait 20+ minutes just to come back out to tell us they are booked for at least 2 hours and may not be able to take walk-ins. He made sure to go check with everyone waiting in the sitting area to let them know they will be helped shortly before notifying us of that. He could've literally done that as soon as we walked in. It's a common courtesy and professionalism which people at this location seem to lack.Very unprofessional. Go elsewhere.

The line is/was very long. 10 deep, giving me plenty of time write this review. There is a $8 fee to cash a check, if you dont have a account here. It's just wrong. I hate boa.. no wonder they have such horrible reviews. You don't have to, don't come here. Post a piece

Exceptional customer service from all of the employees but Shobha Chakkingal in particular. She handled an estate issue for me that I had made more difficult through inaction. She was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and most definitely an advocate for me! She's a star in my book!

Not interested in setting up new customer accounts. The guy spent 30 minutes playing on the internet before coming out and asking me to make an appointment.

One of the worst branch. Zero customer service. The front desk manager is worst. Its time to change my salary bank. Never go there for notary service. They are useless.

Doesn't matter if they are busy or not I have had to wait an hour or more to get things done.Everything cannot be done through ATM and there are times when I request documents online, the response is to visit the local branch.I have had no problem with multiple other branches that I have used, this particular branch has this problem- every time I have visited this branch.
