They never picked up the phone. Kept calling them for basic information but never answered . Left VM too. Hope it’s get better with customer service.

Pulled up to the drive through. No one else in line, so I came right up to the window. No teller came to tell me to hold on, no indication that anyone knew I was there. 9 minutes elapsed. I could see people walking in and being helped before me. I used the intercom (no answer) during this 9 minutes just to make sure that they knew I was there (no response until the second time I used it). I was in the process of calling the branch from the drive through when someone appeared out of the back to tell me that they were "busy" - apparently forgetting that I could literally see the entire interior through the window.

Truist has become the bottom of banking. They do not care about the customers. I have had countless Credit Card fraud on thier cards. I have accounts and credit cards at 3 other banks with no fraud. Also I have had countless times where they deposit wrong amounts on checks, cash checks that they should not have and have to fight them every time on these issues. FYI- I have been told from employees, that they do not look at the checks. Someone can make a fake check with your account information and they will cash it. I even paid for hologram checks. This persons signatures did not match anything on the signature card, and they cashed a check that said not valid after 90 days 6 months later. I have closed accounts, but now I am closing all my accounts. DO NOT trust Truist with your money.

I have been banking at this branch for almost 40 years. Due to recent staff changes, the customer service is now horrendous and I do not want these tellers handling my money. I have personally witnessed them making fun of customers when they leave. When I take my deposit for work, with the deposit slip already filled out, I have to wait while the teller adds the checks multiple times and then runs them through a machine that constantly jams. When I ask if they can just run it like it is and send me a deposit correction if necessary , they shrug and say that’s the way they have to do it now. Apparently, unless they are in a hurry, and then they just add it one time and don’t put it through the machine that jams. Sometimes, we need change. That is also a problem, as they confirm that I have a personal account with them before giving me change for my work. Why do I need an account to get change for work? Work has an account there. Anyway, after spending upwards of 32 minutes standing at the window watching tellers attempt to process a deposit several times a week, I have moved my personal accounts somewhere else.

OMG, urine smell, unbearable. Don't go inside, use a window pls, take care of yourself. I feel bad for people who work there, it just disrespectful to customers and workers. I just left ( had to talk to a banker)and feel like I need a shower now

Terrible customer service at this location. Forget the druve through. 10 min before you're even acknowledged and then another 15 min to complete a transaction. And that's being first in line... Forget iy if you're two cars deep. Grab dinner while you wait.

They need to improve their ATM. It's out of service all the time and they charge me to go somewhere else. Guess they make more money by keeping theirs out of service.

I'm rather very disappointed since opening my account at this bank . I find this place is like a hen house ! The women favor certain customers over other ones . I've experienced rude & unprofessional behavior . The manager is never there and I've seen them eating their lunch right at the teller desk . I'm planning on closing my account and putting my money and business with another bank . Sorry for the bad review but this is my experience

Always found the tellers to be very personable and professional. Although a large financial institution, the atmosphere in this branch, located in the city of Cumming, reminds you of a small town bank which is frankly refreshing.

The staff is great! Olivia, Stacey & Vicky are always friendly and prompt service everytime. They do have a restroom if you bother to ask to use it regardless of what the other reviews here have to say. Never had a bad visit at this location

If I could give negative stars I would. This bank has a $135, yes, one hundred thirty five dollars, interest in my house with an equity line and when I come in to get an insurance check endorsed for a roof they make it as difficult as possible. The 'manager' (Tonya Nix) is on lunch every single time I come in and this is the THIRD time!!! When my husband asked her about coming in on a Saturday when the branch is open she said "well, I may not be here, I have a personal issue to handle". Unreal! And of course NO ONE else that works here can do anything.

I would give them even less than one star if I could. I have to do business with them due to a corporate account. But their customer demeanor is terrible! Never a nice word - how do you do, thank you, have a nice day, NOTHING! Today at the drive thru, the teller couldn't even get off the phone to help me. And, the worst part is for deposits. If you accidentally tally the deposit incorrectly, they will NOT tell you! Instead, they hit you with a $7.50 service fee. I have even asked them to double check the math for me, and they have still done this to me twice. When you ask to speak to a manager or escalate it, they simply say it is "policy" and they can't change it in the computer. I shudder every time I have to interact with this branch.
