I am not normally one to give a review, however tonight I needed to give credit where it is well due. The supervisor, David - is amazing. I purchased a computer from another Best Buy location not nearby - and upon opening the box (noting this was a open-box refurbished unit), I discovered that the power supply and cable that were supposed to be included, were not in the box.I called customer service who advised me that I could attempt to return the device, or purchase a replacement cable. Either way, they were not eager to help me out.David, not only was compassionate and eager to assist me; but went above and beyond in his own words to “take care of our customers”. When he checked and did not have the manufacturer power supply on hand in his store, rather than turn me away - David sourced an aftermarket supply and cable for me; verifying that they were the correct wattage rating and compatible with the device. My hats off to you, David!Best Buy, you have the epitome of the material that an employee should be made of - you should be very proud to have David.

I enjoyed meeting DAVID, the new MANAGER, since my last visit!! William was the previous Mgr. as he & his staff provided GREAT SERVICE!! I don't reside in the area, however it's worth the 50 minute drive! This store has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & their AGENTS are very knowledgeable of their products! THANKYOU STAFF!!? ?

Typical Best Buy. As far as the electronics go, out of stock items, low selection of car audio, was not greeted by a single employee the whole time I was at this location.

Worst customer service. We visited this best buy store for 50 mm Nikkor lens replacement. At the front desk, they got our name and they told that associate will be with us shortly but no one showed up after we waited for almost 25 mins at the camera lens section. We ended up returning the defective camera lens.

No selection for monitors or anything else you might be shopping for. They look like they are going out of business, plus none of the employees are knowledgeable.

Upgraded my phone and the service consultant couldn't of made it easier. Just waited about 5 mins. till she came back for lunch, but that was not a problem.Got the S24 ultimate! She even got me a gift card that matched my hat!
