Very unhappy with Chase customer service. I was on the phone for 1 and a half hours and transfered to 5 departments to get no where. Their representatives gave me conflicting information. Then when speaking to the supervisor Maria, she just hung up on me when I was trying to ask a question. I will be banking elsewhere. The problem* 5 times I have transfered money and did wire transfers and they always hold my money for multiple days. Never had this problem with Wells Fargo

It's right off of exit 14 located in the Northwest corner of the 20 and the 9. Never too busy period everybody is always super helpful.

Very bad experience. I would not believe they do this. Give me an appointment next day even though I requested help on same day as it was urgent. They couldn’t help me.Next day I walk in to the bank and no one is there to help me. They did not inform me because they don’t have my number. Is that my problem they did not ask my phone while having appointment for me ? Being huge branch they can’t have single banker working in their branch ? Not giving my business to them going elsewhere. Simple. If you are reading wish you have better experience.

Was waiting in the lobby to open an account with them and overheard one of the employees saying to another they couldn’t stand working with the customers. I spoke with another employee and asked who the employee that made the comment was and to my surprise it was the branch manager. I’m not sure she’s in the right profession with that approach. I actually feel bad for the other employees here hence the 2 stars instead of 1. Needless to say that account was never opened.

got an appointment was ten minutes late, and I informed the branch by calling that I will be there a little late, but still they took another customer, most probably without appointment .reviews tell the rest of the story .very unprofessional and poor customer service

Went in to get more info about other credit cards. They were to busy to assist me so just cancelled accounts. Figured being with them for 5 years someone could at least help me out since I drove to them . Wishful thinking I guess. Plenty of other banks to choose from.. Wouldn't recommend

Chase is a joke. What’s point of a branch if you don’t have bankers that can do simple task. Can’t open an account for weeks because the only person who can open accounts is on vacation. Joke.

Bank has double charged me, lost my checks and treated me wiry no respect (this being the branch manager Jason Harris). This all in my first week of business with this branch. I would not reddonend chase to anyone especially not this branch they do not care about their customers and they are very rude, snide, flippant , the branch manager literally laughed at my problem in my face after making me wait twenty minutes. Do not come to this branch they will steal your money then laugh at you in your face.

This location is a lot more convenient coming from out of town. Closest one for us, but service is always polite and expedient inside. No drive up window
