I am a fan of Chick-fil-a, but I left this location with great unease last night (3/8/24) after waiting for 15 minutes at the counter for an ice cream cone, all the while listening to a manager, Margo, I believe her name was, yell at the staff the entire time. It was very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. The other employees looked visibly shaken. The other male manager was trying to encourage her to calm down, but she continued to storm about barking orders and yelling at staff. This kind of leadership is appalling to witness at a store that usually has a track record for excellence customer service and respectable employees. My young son was sad and stressed out by what he witnessed.

I was not used to the service at this location because I was out of my area. Thy forgot to mention that they didn't have the side salad that I ordered and they left out the dressing I requested. Friendly staff but the service I am used to from ChickFilA.

I live near this Chick-fil-A, and my family loves Chick-fil-A, so we occasionally have to use this restaurant. We find the staff and service at most Chick-fil-A stores to be exceptional. This one is a dud. Every time we order from them at least one meal is missing. They are so consistently unreliable! Once we ate in the restaurant and they got one of our sandwiches wrong. I went to the counter and they didn't apologize, but took the wrong sandwich back and brought out another different wrong sandwich TWICE. Never did they really apologize or offer a voucher or even let me keep the wrong sandwich. And the table of managers/higher level staff that were meeting next to our table did nothing the whole time. They could replace the wait staff according to normal standards for their franchise and do much better I think.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had at CFA. I was shorted 1 item in the drive thru and I waited for someone to come back but was ignored I had to shout for some assistance. Once I did get some help I was questioned to see my bag, which I never even drove off so why would I claim that they forgot something? If I spend $60 for fast food I expect what CFA is known for and they definitely didn’t deliver.

The worst costumer service and the worst food. The chicken nuggets and fries were burned. Their special items on the other chick fill a restaurants are not available in this location and the excuse is that the other locations are franchised and their location is owned by corporate. Doesn’t matter, there service should be equal or better than the other locations not worst. I won’t ever visit this location again.

Hit or miss with this location . This time the ice cream machine was. That finalizes patronizing this location. I know things like this happen but this location has had a number of unfortunate occurrences.Hopefully corporate aides this location with improved service levels.

The worst experience at this location ever! Totally unorganized. Sat at window while 4 cars behind me received their orders. Then got back to the office and the food was horrible. I think I was given week old bread. Crumbled at first bite. Tomato was very end cut. Still could see stem part!

This place isn’t as great as the other chick fil a’s out there. They fail to effectively implement the same efficiency measures that other chick fil a franchises implement.They consistently forget cream and sugar on the side for my coffee and fail to ever have stirrers which baffles me. When I ask for my cream and sugar at the drive thru window after knowing it’s not in bag or in coffee, they always say it’s in the coffee and very routinely I open the lid and show them my coffee is black (Yes I’m ordering it on the side at the initial order).The coffee situation is beyond routine now. Bad.Most recently I got food poisoning from this place yesterday and still getting over it. It suck’s because this place is on y work commute 2 days a week but I’m ditching it for now. I can’t stomach another bug and can’t continue to wait in their long drive thru lines. It sucks I love chick fil a and especially their breakfast.

Whoever the older woman was that was working the counter last night around 8:45 9:00 pm last night your customer service needs a lot of work. My wife was picking me up food to be bring to me in the hospital and you treated her with an attitude as well as the couple behind her, Mr Mike would never have allowed this type of service.

This is the slowest Chic-fil-A I have ever been to. Took me twenty minutes to get through the drive thru and then they also forgot to provide salad dressing with my two salads.

Quick service and food came quickly as well despite the huge crowd in this restaurant. Everything was great except the dining room tables and floors were a bit littered and grungy and could have used a lot of attention.
