Just tried to come in here and buy some things, stood at the checkout 2 ft in front of the cashier lady waiting to checkout and said Hiiii :), i was completely and utterly ignored as I waited there for like 3 minutes. She just sat on her iPad didnt say someone will be with you or just a second. So unprofessional I left my products there, ill go to the buford location instead.

Worst experience ever!!!! I have a student account with them under my old school and they wouldn’t let me buy the leave I needed to get, since my account was linked to a school number I would have to have the owner of my school either call or go in with me to purchase a product… I have a card just under her phone number because I was a student! I use salon centric for this reason I have an account with salon centric as a student account as-well and I’ve gotten all warm welcomes from salon centric and never had a problem!!! Very disappointed that cosmoprof denied my business and I am a hair stylist!!! Do better… shame on yall!!! I hate leaving reviews but I was in a pinch to get this leave in and everywhere is sold out but cosmoprof! Will never shop there again!!! Wasted my time with this place!!! Any student or stylist wanting to get products steer clear from this location!!!

They are out of alot of products and hair tools. Been waiting for an 1/2" curling iron for over 3 months now and they still are not in stock. Not much to choose from much anymore very disappointing
