Today was the first time I went for tire rotation after I bought tires at Cumming Costco tires center and they broke my wheel lock. They didn't take any responsibility but said it was like that but I only went there since I bought them. They even said you don't need a lock anymore because nobody steals tires these days. Bad customer service, should have done rotation at a mechanic.

Tire installation with done in a few hours, there is a wait time plan to visit with your friend in case you don't want to wait. Overall satisfied with the service and installation.

The two associates in the department were extremely helpful when we needed a hazardous tire replacement. Despite having a backlog of customers, they managed to fit us in.

The one and only time I’ll buy tires from Costco. From beginning to end, horrible experience. Started off by trying to buy the tires inside the store and the woman at the counter couldn’t look up what type of tires I needed, even with me giving the exact specs, so I ended up going home and ordering myself. Made an appt and was 10 mins early. They were a little busy on the counter so a tech came to check me in, not without attitude. Once handing over my keys, I shopped as slowly as I possibly could and even ate lunch. Walked back over to the service dept and I can see my car is on the lift, but not off the ground. I have to sit and wait another hr before finished. Also said I needed to change all my lug nuts on a 2022 vehicle before they would do any future service or warranty. My families vehicles will be going elsewhere from here on out.

Done with these guys. Made me wait an hour to tell me they cannot rotate because of the tires worn of un-evenly. I had insisted on non Michellen tires last tire change, but the guys insisted on putting new Michellens and now they wont compensate for a short lifespan.

On Line ordering process was fine. Best price around and it includes the road hazard warranty. You have to register your tires with the manufacturer yourself. read the paperwork you get handed. It's not explained to you because they are just trying to keep the line moving.My biggest issue was reading the last line of the Additional Notes that my center wheel cap was missing prior to install. It was not.I suspect it was broken while it was being removed and it's easier to blame the customer than admit and rectify mistake.I called, but no one answers the phone. I tried to chat, but the auto response is to call the local warehouse. I understand it's a very busy time of year, but I have to order a replacement part and drive with my lug nuts exposed while I wait for the part tot be delivered.The 2 stars are in hopes it will evoke a response.

I was sold on the warranty when we bought the tires. The tech specifically said my car has a faster wear and tear due to the weight when buying the tires here at Costco.Turns out it’s a scam. They said I have “suspension issues” and did not honor the warranty when it came time for replacement. They couldn’t give us an answer to what type of issues.I’ve had my car checked and suspension is great.They lost my trust.

Had an appointment at 10am on a Tuesday for a “free” tire rotation. Took over 90 mins - I’d rather go somewhere else and pay for my next one.

Very poor service and attitude. I was told by a tire service technician that he could only check the air in one of my tires instead of all of them because he had other things to do.

Second time buying tires. Wait time with installation was not acceptable. Had appointment and instead of 45 to 60 minutes, was at Costco for almost 2 hours. Used to recommend, that is no longer the case.

This center become bad customer service ,I had bad experience this place for tire replacement , I asked some question to Jermy and he become rude started behaving worst then I asked him to call his manager (Joe) he is worst than Jermy , so I complained to store manager also escalating this issue to Costco corporate office they don't have basic manners how to talk to customers and I end of cancelling my new orders. I have paid membership from Costco and same time expect good service from them too.
